Laundry Access

This is a private home, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.

No Smoking & No Parties:
This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the rooftop terrace.
Smoking indoors may trigger the smoke detector and will result in penalties.

No Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed at the property. If pets are brought into the home without prior disclosure and approval, a $150 CAD penalty will be charged.

Stay Extensions:
If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team
