I thought I booked a room in a hotel. Turns out it was a room in someone’s apartment with a shared bathroom. There is no front desk, you have to text and receive a call for instructions process took 4 hours! It was awful, the room was dirty, with creepy decor, long hair shag rugs covering filthy wall to wall carpet, stranger in the other room seen once and didn’t respond to a hello, ridiculous rules and a damage deposit etc... We slept on top off the bed covers using the two bath towels provided as blankets. I could go on… but I’ll finish with: On the second morning there was no running water! Had to check-out and leave without showering. A resident on the elevator said she was told about the shut-off the day before we checked in, and that it happens all the time! But no one notified us! What a dump! I don’t think Travelocity should list these properties and I’m going to ask for a full refund when I get back home. Worst weekend ever, it will be a while before my wife forgives me for booking this disaster. Oh yeah, after we left, we went a real hotel down the street and they held our luggage while we did some more sightseeing before our flight.

It was a close proximity to downtown to the ballfield hockey rink soccer field. The only thing I wish is they actually had frying pans,pots for a convection stove.

Perfect view for sunsets and city lights

The view from the apartment was amazing! You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and at night time the city lights. Our stay was comfortable, clean, cozy, and they even had utensils if you would like to cook with friends.

Excellent communication and solid follow-up. The only issue is that it is near the train tracks at Union. That being said - clean, convenient and easy to get to the Rogers Centre, Riley’s Aquarium or Scotiabank.
