Staff did not inform on arrival about cleaning procedures. Housekeeping does not come unless you request it at the desk. There are next to no parking spots which is nerve wracking because you are afraid to be towed away at a non hotel parking spot.

The first was the elevator not working properly, key card wouldn’t work, tv not working, no ice at property just poorly maintained and halls were dirty

It's advertised that front desk works 24-hour 7 days a week, I arrived at the hotel around midnight and no one was there. However when I arrived the doors were closed and piece of paper sticked to the door where it says I will come back in 10 minutes. But obviously nobody comes back. You should call the number on a piece of paper and ask to someone come in and open the doors for you. In around 15 minutes someone showed up with the key didn't even greet us, silently open the doors and said come in. They required $100 deposit. And then I received the key without any explanation where I should go to get to my room because it was a little bit confusing which way I have to go. Usually in hotels someone who works at the front desk they give you a key and tells you which way you should go but not here. Here I had to ask everything by myself which way I have to go when it's checking and check out etc. Wi-Fi password didn't work. The sink was clogged the water hardly could go through. I had to order a uber to get to the hotel, despite I was expecting to get to the hotel by shuttle that this hotel offers and this was my pic because of the shuttle service. I requested shuttle through Expedia message system but the hotel never respond to me. In description offered coffee and tea in a room however I didn't get that. Just empty table. In corridors very strong smell of cigarettes smoke. Very disappointed I would never stay there again and would never recommend anyone to stay there.
