To long to write. I am currently working with the team at Expedia about the issue. Stay away. They put us in rooms with broken windows and tried to tape it up in - 15. Put us in room tvs not working. Barely any hot water and requests for house keeping ignored. When asking for a copy of my file declined. I was met with we can’t help you you booked through Expedia. And now Expedia not helping me.
