The hotel was rundown and VERY disappointing. This was supposed to be a nice hotel!! The door to our balcony (a room that I had paid extra for), did not close and could not even be locked. We had a staff member come up to try to fix it for us and he couldn’t do it. Apparently another room was not available and we “slept” with a bench blocking the sliding door. I say “slept” because there were TWO false alarm fire alarms in the night. The staff however, was the one positive of our unsatisfactory stay.

The staff was wonderful. It appeared that maintenance might be a bit behind. For example the smoke detector in our room had been covered with toilet paper and a screw was missing from the bathroom lock set.

I was given a 3rd floor room furthest away from the lift when there were other better rooms available The AC was not working either and I am a returning guest to the Pan Pacific

Great property. Staff was very helpful from checkin to ordering food to take back to our room. The only downside was having an elevator being serviced so wait times were a bit long during peak times. You could take the stairs but they didn’t lead inside when you got to the ground floor. Have been here before and it’s a nice serene hotel.
