Very quiet property The check in wasn’t very welcoming after arriving at 2:30 AM Our very first day they didn’t clean my room at all no clean bedding no clean towels garbage still in the room no water refreshed At 8:30 PM we notified front desk agent about and the Indian ethnicity agent told me ….. nothing they can do about it at this time and we need to wait until tomorrow I requested for a late check out and we are able to pay check out fee…… she said I need to come back tomorrow and speak with manager about?????? Do they have proper training or skills to take decisions? I’m travelling with a person with disabilities and on top of that I have to deal with hotel issues I won’t stay here again and won’t recommend this hotel at all

We had an amazing breakfast view.. it was snowing that night and morning. We went down for breakfast in the morning and wow! We were welcomed with an amazing winter view, seems like we’re in the countryside .. we were seated on window side and it was just soo lovely 😊

It was convenient for our purposes. Quiet and comfortable. A few things missing on the dinner menu, likely because there were few people staying at the hotel. Parking (outside lot) was an extra $20. Given the hotel is not downtown & the lot is huge and outside, I would have expected free parking especially in February. The room was nice but the windows needed looking at as there was quite a draft of cold air coming in and the curtains needed repair. Not a big deal but something they need to address at this price point.

Stayed here for a night well visiting family in Toronto for Christmas. Woke up to find our truck hand been stolen from their gated parking lot. They say there is security but when the truck was recovered weeks later it looked like the thief smashed out the rear window to gain access and nobody noticed them. All they did was refund my 20 bucks for parking.
