We stayed three nights here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There weren't as many tv channels available as we've had at other hotels. We didn't need our room cleaned during our stay, but when I asked for towels and facecloths, they brought the towels I wanted but said they didn't have facecloths. There were two in the room when we checked in, so not quite sure why there were none. The breakfast buffet was really good, very happy with that. They had either sausage rounds or sausages each morning and all the rest of a typical hotel breakfast buffet - cereals, oatmeal, toast, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, muffins, etc. They have an airport shuttle, but it can be a wait to get picked up, and you have to call. They will take you to the airport and pick you up if you want to catch the Up train to Union Station down town, which is very convenient. If there are people who need to catch a plane, though, you can get bumped and have to wait for the next available trip to the airport, but that's understandable. We booked a time at the front desk the night before we wanted the train to Union Station and had no problems. There was probably a 30 hour period during our stay where it was a constant flow of landing airplanes flying directly between our hotel and the one next door. (Literally one like every 2-3 minutes, 5 minutes max.) I got some cool videos and pictures, but it's loud, definitely not the hotel's fault but if noise bothers you, maybe don't book an airport hotel.
