Airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive after calling the hotel and shuttle lines multiple times. Staff was rude when I called back after 45 min of waiting after the first call. Room was in bad condition - paint chipping, grime in the bathroom, hallway carpets dirty and falling apart. Weird noises coming from the ceiling. Left after sleeping for only 3 hours.

Jade, who works at reception, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. She helped arrange a surprise visit from a friend with remarkable results. She also helped us with transportation around the area giving us pointers and assistance. She would be the reason we would rebook!

I stood there 3 days and they did not clean my room ,I had to ask for towel.The room had a moldy smell and they were many people hanging out side like they live there.Is was not noisy . Breakfast was ok.staff was not friendly.I call for late checkout at 12 it was ok ,then a lady with on attitude banging on the door before 12:00 it show me there was no communication.

We had a horrible experience dealing with this hotel. Their customer service is very bad, we stayed elsewhere. Would not recommend.

The room we were assinged first had a broken shower so we had to repack our stuff to move to another room. Also, the following day, we told to housekeeper that he does not need to clean up the room but we need the clean towels replacements. He said no problem but he did not replace the towels as all.

the staff are very good and excellent customer service. the only thing was my washroom shower was not 100% clean. so I called them. they were very efficient to clean it up asap. and apologized as well. Like that they have airport shuttle. Room was clean and comfortable beds I felt it was very friendly and safe environment!

I was very excited to stay in GTA for a few days to relax and visit with friends. The building is very old and needs repair. When I checked in the guest services didn’t smile or seem like he wanted to be there. Very unfriendly. The bathroom door looked like someone has taken chunks out of it. The shower head and shower faucet looked like they might come out of the wall. They were very loose you could see into the wall interior. Bathtub was very old. Thankfully the bed was clean. Very noisy during late afternoon in the hallways. As I was checking out the gentleman in front of me commented that things were r taken out of his room ? Not sure what that was about…
