We booked though Travelocity. Tired on arrival we did not check the shower, that consequently has not been working for sometime. The expectation is that one gets a working shower when reserving a room. I have video of the handle spinning around not engaging the shower. Unfortunately we discovered this as we were preparing to catch a flight at Pearson in the am. On check out the front desk argued that because we booked thru a 3rd company there would be no compensation; for a room that should not have been assigned, DO BETTER QUALITY INN! Do hotels regularly assign 3rd party guests their worst rooms? Sadly we paid the higher amt of the posted room fees!

Extremely dirty, hair on bathroom floor, the condition of the room was terrible and more than deteriorated. No water pressure in the shower. When entering the back door through the parking lot the dumpster was overflowing, garbage bags on the ground with visible rodent when walking into the facility in the evening. Terrible!

I’ve been to this hotel many of times I like the location it’s around everything I know and the staff is friendly. They did some renovations for the last time I was there so it’s it’s decent for the money you spend five stars across the board.
