We booked though Travelocity. Tired on arrival we did not check the shower, that consequently has not been working for sometime. The expectation is that one gets a working shower when reserving a room. I have video of the handle spinning around not engaging the shower. Unfortunately we discovered this as we were preparing to catch a flight at Pearson in the am. On check out the front desk argued that because we booked thru a 3rd company there would be no compensation; for a room that should not have been assigned, DO BETTER QUALITY INN! Do hotels regularly assign 3rd party guests their worst rooms? Sadly we paid the higher amt of the posted room fees!

Price was good. Getting a shuttle from the airport is not clearly laid out on the website, phoning and messaging proved unuseful(no answer). Apparently the service has been contracted out and it goes every 45 minutes FYI. Getting a shuttle to the airport is simple. Room, hallways, etc are inconsistent in upkeep. Some parts look unkept and other parts look really nice, even within our room’s bathroom both were true. Tub and tiles look really nice and very clean, but the plug in the bathtub didn’t work and the flooring was uneven. Good proximity to the airport. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

This place has THIN walls. You can hear the smallest conversations from the adjacent rooms. Was hard trying to fall asleep quick for early morning flights when you could hear everything inside and outside.

Party hotel… If this what u are looking for .. come to this place. There is “vomit” in the hallways and no one at the front desk to complaint. Several people knocking on doors .. very unsafe as a woman traveling alone! Dirty … disgusting filthy ! No idea if someone is in charge of this place… disgusting!
