Tv didn’t work properly, even after staff attempted to fix it. Pillows had no support and bed was sunken in the middle. Worst sleep I’ve had at a hotel.

"The staff I had at booking was awsome! She was nice, polite, and informative. She upgraded our room to a king! We went to the pool on 2 and the hot tub was amazing. The only disappointment is the times for the water slide. We stay mostly on a sunday for appointments and the waterslide is only open in the AM on sundays. When we dont check in till 3pm. We do like our stay at the Chelsea hotel either way. Parking is easy, staff is great, rooms are clean, so close to everything."
