This one bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment is located in our West wing. Furnished comfortably, this apartment benefits from an outdoor seating area providing lovely sea views. The apartment is dog friendly.

This 3-Star holiday apartment is decorated in muted tones and benefits from an open-plan layout, fully fitted kitchen and sea views. The kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. The living area includes a large sofa complemented by an LCD TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player, ideal for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area. The bedroom features a king size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep listening to the ocean just past the landscaped grounds. The bathroom features a shower bath with power shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.

Stunning Location

The apartment was just right for the two of us and was in such a beautiful location, with stunning views over-looking the bay. It was lovely and peaceful. Great for walking along the coastal path and exploring the local area. We would certainly visit again. Thank you
