This western red cedar, 2 storey cottage is nestled amongst established gardens, full of color and character, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, in a quiet location, only moments from Torquay’s main beaches, shopping precincts, parks, bowls club and beaches, all within an easy walking distance.
Set on 2 levels, the floor plan consists of one bedroom, bathroom and laundry, open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor. There is a spacious well equipped kitchen, with modern appliances including a 900mm oven, bench top and bar stools, perfect for cooking up a storm and entertaining guests. Featuring an 8-seater dining table, under timber lined high raked ceilings, with comfortable, leather lounge chairs in the living area with split system heating and cooling and a ceiling fan.
Upstairs are a further 2 bedrooms and main bathroom with robes and ceiling fans.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels.

Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches are close by. Front Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking, while Back Beach is patrolled in summer months and suitable for experienced surfers.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.

Getting Around:
On and off-street parking available. This house is within walking distance to Taylor Park, beaches & the main street shops and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Torquay main beach, and the world famous Bells Beach.
Take a walk to beautiful Fisherman’s Beach, via Taylor Park reserve at the end of the street.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
