This hotel is extremely run down, the reception area resembles a building site, reception was never manned.
No towels available and television not working in one of our rooms.

We had a terrible experience. The windows did not open and were unclean. The carpet was unclean too. The beds had one pillow per person with no headboards on the bed. We had no towels and were told they were waiting on the towels - we got these just before checkout. Overall an unpleasant experience.
The room has wooden bunk beds but they are very old and weak made noise every time when the children moved .
The shower was broken and leaking unable to used it .
No towels provided until I asked for it , weâve been family of 4 two towels only for all !!
The are no socket near to the bed struggling to charge the phones or using my CPAP machine as I have sleep apnea.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This hotel is a building site that hasn't seen a cleaner for months. Please read more on TA if in doubt!
The first room we got offered had no curtains, a dirty bath full of hair, and had a strong paint smell. The second had a burnt bed, holes in the sheets, and a filthy carpet. We did NOT stay and I suggest you dont even book.
You pay on site so can't get a refund through hotels.com. We spent an hour on the phone with 'customer services' only to be told their policy required them to escalate the issue to 'the management' . 2 days later our refund request was declined for no reason.
A total rip off, they know everybody would request a refund through this portal hence they take your cash on site.

It is ok for a night. It is very basic so if you are looking for a cheap deal is ok. Disappointed with the water temperature in the shower. Was a bit cold for me.
Room was what we paid for - cheap and cheerful. Nothing special. Windows were filthy but the view was great. Leaving the windows open meant it was very noisy. We were next to the stairs so also heard everyone coming and going. Mattress was old and springy.
The service at this place is terrible. The staff are unavailable. Itâs so frustrating. The neighborhood is beautiful. The place is walkable to and from the train station.
This hotel was disgusting I wouldnât have left a dog here let alone human however customer sevices were great when I called them and they transferred us to TorPark hotel which was spot on very clean and staff were amazing nothing was ever too much trouble! So definite no go for Richmond hotel but Tor park is recommended
The hotel is a lovely place, the staff was friendly and very helpful.
On the days when we stayed the unique bad things we encountered were noise guesses in the room next door, so we couldn't really rest as we expected but apart from that attention at the hotel in great!
It was the worst place I have ever been to
I went to the property after looking at the condition of it I did not want to stay there with my family I felt unsafe
I had to stay at a different hotel on the day
I would like to request a refund for my hotel please
Thank you
