Stylish apartment with beautiful views (BON11221)
This apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a perfectly relaxing holiday. It has integrated air conditioning, which provides warm and cool air as needed. The apartment can also be rented together with the adjacent, similar apartment (if available), making it a perfect place for two families who want to holiday together but appreciate their own privacy.
The open-plan living room is modern and stylishly furnished. There is a corner (sleeping) sofa, plus a matching bucket seat, so that there is comfortable space for four people. Along with a contemporary dining table and chairs, if you choose to dine indoors, this apartment is perfect for year-round use. There is free wifi and a smart TV with British and other European channels in the apartment. Large sliding doors make the apartment light and airy and open onto the spacious terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and golf course.
The spacious and stylish semi-open kitchen is furnished with modern, grey cabinets and is equipped with everything you need. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob with extractor hood and microwave. A Nespresso coffee machine is also provided. The owners have really thought of every little detail.
The master bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space and a large chest of drawers, more than enough for all your belongings. It has two single beds, making it a king size bed together. Sliding doors give direct access to the terrace. A hairdryer is also provided. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower over the bathtub with a glass shower screen, a toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom also has a double built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. This room has two single beds and a private small terrace, furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. This bedroom is completed with a separate shower room with shower cabin, sink and toilet.
On the approx 25m2 large terrace there is partial sun and shade and is a perfect place to relax, whether you want to sit in the sun or if you want to rest from the heat. It is furnished with an extendable dining table and 6 comfortable chairs for al fresco dining. In addition, a few comfortable chairs and sun lounger are provided to relax with a glass of wine and a good book. Parasols are also provided for extra shade. From the terrace you have a view of the communal swimming pool and the fenced children's pool. The swimming pool is just a few steps from the apartment. The pool is surrounded by large grassy gardens with palm and olive trees and a range of tropical plants.
Furthermore, the apartment has its own parking space in the parking garage located under the building so that you can always get into a cool car.
On the resort there is a 5* hotel, where you can eat or drink something while overlooking the fantastic swimming pool and the golf course behind it. In the resort town centre you will find another restaurant and the communal swimming pool (opening hours and access conditions vary). Just outside one of the entrances to the resort "El Boulevard", a shopping area where you will find even more bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket on the resort.
In addition to the in-house 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis and a well-equipped gym. Close to the apartment you will find outside a "jogging trail" with fitness equipment scattered along a winding path. For the kids, there's a play park with slides, climbing frames, seesaws and swings, an animal-themed miniature golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for kids to run around.
The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean Sea, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach.
