This is a fabulous ground floor apartment south west facing with amazing views over the 16th fairway on the Mar Menor golf resort.There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms one being an ensuite to the master bedroom. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard including television in the main living area, air-con/heating, free wifi. There is a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar and is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside units and mirror. The beds are zip and link and can provide single beds to king size beds. The apartment is situated on the exclusive 5* private golf resort which has 24 hour security and only ten minutes from the beach. The excellent on site facilities include golf course, golf school, club house, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, communal swimming pools. In the middle of the resort is the 5* Intercontinental Hotel with an excellent spa which is open to non residents. The hotel is a two minute walk from the apartment. Th apartment will suit, couples, groups of friends, families and golfing parties.

Nothing negative to say. This was a lovely apartment overlooking the golf course in a quiet location but easy walking distance to restaurants and activities. Clean, modern and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment.

Great property

Lovely location on the site easy walking distance to several bars and restaurants and views of the golf course are very good too. Travelling with family, there is enough to keep you occupied within the area and the apartment was first rate including the much needed aircon in the extremely hot weather

Super lejlighed, den ligge fantastisk med smuk udsigt og tÊt pÄ pool. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge. Eneste minus er at der mangler en parasol eller markise pÄ den store front terrasse som er badet i sol. Vil gerne leje den igen :-)

The Perfect Place

Excellent sums up this property. Home from home and has everything you could possibly want. A great size 2 double bedroom property with a bathroom and en-suite too. Dishwasher and washing machine.. plus Tv, music etc etc.. Lovely furnishings too. Dealing with Siobhan was great too, very efficient and friendly at the same time.. I will definitely be going back and will be booking this apartment again. We walked up to the boulevards in the evening or you can cab it for 5€ with Torre Pacheco cabs. And the new restaurant called Vines is very very stylish (best one there) and the vines gastro bar is equally stylish. The food in both places was exceptional.

Just Superb!

Having stayed on the resort in differing accommodation for 15 years, I can honestly say this is the best. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was clean and furnished beautifully. A very nice and spacious ground floor apartment with great views over the golf course

This is the second visit we have made to the Mar Menor resort and I expect we will be back, the resort is maintained to a very high standard and is in a great spot to explore the area. The apartment is large and very well furnished it's also in a very nice quiet spot but it's still close to all the amenities onsite. An excellent apartment on a fantastic resort.
