This recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of the quiet La Roca urbanisation, offering a modern and functional space in 50 square metres that is perfectly utilised. It is worth noting that the building does not have a lift, but its location and amenities make it an excellent option.



The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a large front window that fills the space with natural light. The window, divided into three leaves, can be opened completely, connecting the interior with the exterior. For more privacy, it has three automatic blinds that allow you to adjust the light and maintain an intimate atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking.



The first bathroom is functional and has a cabinet where the water heater and washing machine are located, while the shower has dimensions of 70x70, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



The master bedroom is spacious and has a large built-in wardrobe and a 135x190 double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom, with a large flush-to-the-floor shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day.



The second bedroom is specially designed for remote work, equipped with a desk and a work chair, and also offers a comfortable 90x190 bed, making it ideal for both resting and working in a quiet environment.
