I was given a lovely room on the seventh floor (which is the uppermost in one section of the building) almost at the end of the corridor and far from any possible lift noise. There was poor lighting in the area just inside the main door, and it was not great either in the bathroom. That was a little cramped but was fully equipped with lovely in bath shower and bidet. plenty of storage around the basin. The balcony has a centrally controlled light which is not switched off before 11 pm. In room safe rental is expensive..currently at 4 euros per day. The TV is wonderful ! many UK regular channels. Breakfasts are average..meant to be served from 7.30 but at this time there are always plenty of people already eating.

This hotel was so central to EVERYTHING. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and our room was GREAT!! The beds were very comfortable, and our balcony was in the perfect location so we did not get afternoon sun. Our stay was fantastic and this hotel was a big part of that feeling. 😁

This property is tired and rundown. The staff are disinterested in providing any decent service. The breakfast buffet is just plain, awful, poor quality, food, and running empty on everything. This hotel would be great if the staff and ownership would take some pride in the property.

First time in torremolinos and this hotel to me was very good. First time doing and all inclusive holiday and this is the benchmark so far and I was impressed. Few issues here and there tvs need to be in the wall some paint and get rid of the old furniture and tidy up a wee touch it will be worth the time and effort. Overall I would still definitely recommend staying here

Outdated hotel need redecoration

Good 1. hotel is near shopping centre, train stations and bus stop 2. There is alot of choices for breakfast and Dinner 3. Staff are very polite 4. Hotel is clean Bad. .1The hotel is outdated, rooms, wardrobe , bed, flooring and bathroom 2. There is no brake on the bed therefore bed is moving when sitting and not comfortable 3. lift take forever to arrived and slow 4. Lift is to small for the hotel trolley for luggage 5. No security, anyone can come to the hotel, we were given identity band but not enough for security for this massive resort. most hotel used room card to use hotel lift and dinning room 5. rooms wall are thin, i can hear other people voice from next door room

This is my 5 or 6th time in Cervantes hotel and Always top quality .. very comfortable and convient to all amenities beach , bars , restaurants etc .. the breakfast is plentiful and very varied .. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in torremolinos ..

Great hotel- fab location in the centre of everything, large rooms and pool. Breakfast also great. Sky bar on the roof is also a great addition- will stay agin next year at this hotel!

The hotel was excellent and the food was good too. I was badly let down by my shuttle service which never turned up leaving me stranded at the airport . Same thing checking out of the hotel there was no bus to take me back to the airport . I paid for this service so I was very annoyed .

Whilst the reception area was modern the room we were allocated was very dated, dark furniture and no walk in shower. The hotel breakfast time could be extended to 10.30 a.m.

Great Hot

Genuinely friendly welcome on arrive to our large tour party. Room was good size, Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Great location for bars, restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended hotel in Torremolinos.

Staff all professional and friendly. I would like to specially mention Javier who was very attentive and professional. The room is spacious and good size balcony. Communal areas are nice and welcoming. I have only use the swimming pool in the Rooftop pool once. The swimming pool was clean and big enough. The water was warm. Beautiful views from the rooftop. The location is very good close to town centre, train and beach. Lots of places to eat near by.
