Nice large semi-detached house with 2-3 floors and a very large terrace with table and chairs, in addition, an outdoor shower, located in La Mata very close to the sea.

It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds just 50m from La Mata beach, one of the most beautiful and large sandy beaches in this area.

The American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and water resistant.

House has air conditioning in the corridor between the bedrooms (hot / cold), in living room and dining room with kitchen on the ground floor and WiFi.

At about 250m They have one of the best restaurants in the area "ALMA" where you can try the fresh and delicious seafood from the fishermen's boats.

At 4km they have Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, where they can spend unforgettable days with children and friends.

At 7.4 km they have the Paseo attraction park, the best known in Torrevieja.
