Coastal Breeze Escape | Stylish Duplex Near the Sea
Experience comfort in this bright and well-located duplex, situated just 300 meters from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea in the prestigious La Veleta area of Torrevieja. This modern residence boasts a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous balcony space, and two well-sized bedrooms. Whether you're planning a short stay or an extended visit, the property is fully equipped to meet all your needs. For your convenience, a large, private garage is also included. Secure your dates today! This two-story apartment is accessible through a communal front yard. The gate is located on the main street, with convenient free parking right in front of the buildings. Within the urbanization, the home is in the first building to the left. Please be aware that you will need to use stairs to get to the first floor where the entrance is the first one to the right. There is no elevator! Upon entering through the front door, you will arrive at an entryway and immediately find the kitchen on the right. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for a longer stay if you decide to cook all your meals at home. Pots, pans, a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, water kettle, and of course plates, utensils, glasses, and mugs. The dishwasher is conveniently placed with the washing machine in the utility room that opens from the kitchen. Right across from the kitchen, you will find a half bathroom. Half bathroom This half and separate bathroom is located downstairs, situated opposite the kitchen, on the right-hand side. This small toilet is equipped with all the essentials: a toilet, drawer, mirror, sink, towel, soap, and toilet paper. Living room & dining area The living and dining room is located at the end of the entryway and includes a dining table that seats four people, an air conditioner, a smart TV, you can convert the comfortable sofa into a bed, which accommodates two people. (Shoud you require use of the sofa bed, please make us aware when making a reservation and we will be sure to leave additional bedding/pillows/towels for you) Additionally, a small balcony overlooking the street is accessible from this area. If you turn right from there, the sea will unfold before you. Terrace The balcony is created for maximum comfort and relaxation, featuring a comfortable lounge set and a table for evening drinks and snacks. It is an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or perhaps a glass of wine. The calming sound of the sea instantly melts away the worries of everyday life. The staircase leads from the living room and takes you upstairs to the two bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. Full bathroom The upstairs bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and bath, as well as a hairdryer, which can be found in the bathroom drawer. Please switch on the ventilation to activate it. Additionally, kindly leave the door open after use. Bedroom 1 This charming bedroom is situated on the second floor, to your right as you come up the stairs, and features a ceiling fan, a comfortable king-sized bed, bedside tables, two reading lamps, room-darkening shades, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib. The children’s bed, as well as the iron and ironing board, are stored in the wardrobe. This bedroom features its own french balcony, ensuring you can enjoy the fresh air in the morning. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is located across from bedroom 1. This beautiful room features a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, two reading lamps, room-darkening shades, a drawer cabinet for clothing storage, and an air conditioner. Additionally, it has its own french balcony, ensuring you can enjoy the fresh air in the morning. Garage A private garage is situated to the left of the building outside of the communal garden, ensuring your car stays cool and protected from the summer heat, with a guaranteed spot upon your return home. There is enough room to park your average vehicle comfortably in the garage. A remote is provided for access. Additionally, free parking is available on the street. Exterior Within the urbanization, there is a well-maintained small garden, perfect for a short walk. During your stay, you will have the whole duplex for yourself. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation.
