Apartment Bella Sathea is a nice apartment located near the centre of Torri del Benaco about 300 meters from the beach.

It is located on the first floor of a residence of 5 apartments and enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Garda from the open roof terrace.



It is accessed from the road that leads from the centre of Torri del Benaco to the hill and has a covered garage for a car.



LIVING AREA

The apartment can accommodate up to 4/5 people.



Upon entering you are immediately in the living room with a dining table and a large sofa with satellite television. The living room overlooks the terrace with an outdoor sitting area with lake view.

The living room is equipped with a split for air conditioning.



The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for cooking.



SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double room and one with two single beds, both equipped with a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, there is the opportunity to add a third bed.

The bathroom is at the service of both rooms, equipped with a shower and washing machine.

The rooms do not have air conditioning.



ROOF TERRACE

On the upper floor, there is a large terrace with lake and mountain views. You can have lunch or dinner on the large table with a sunumbrella and use the electric bbq.



ZONE

The apartment is a few minutes walk from the best restaurants - right on the lake - and also supermarkets, shops and backers are within walking distance.

Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.

The area offers many possibilities to enjoy a fun but also relaxing holiday.

Torri del Benaco is an ancient village on the east shore of Lake Garda where you can visit the Scaliger Castle and the ancient Limonaia still used with centuries-old citrus trees. You can have an aperitif in one of the port bars and dine in the typical restaurants on the lakefront.



From Torri del Benaco you can visit all the villages of the lake using the ferry that reaches Toscolano Maderno, take a trip to Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the area of Bardolino and Lugana.



The famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva are about 25 km away and can be easily reached by public transport or by car.

Verona is about 45 km and Venice is about 160 Km.
