With capacity for 8 people, it has 3 strategically distributed bedrooms: 2 double beds (135cmx 290cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm x 190cm) ideal for family groups. The dwelling has air conditioning in the living room, which ensures a pleasant temperature during the hottest days.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker(Nespresso), toaster, and kettle. In addition, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious family meals.
The private and fenced garden is one of the strengths of this property. It has garden furniture and a perfect barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. The shared 19x9 metre swimming pool is a great attraction, especially for children, who will be able to enjoy moments of fun and entertainment.
Its location is unbeatable, just 400 metres from Mas Pinell beach and with easy access to numerous services and attractions. Nearby the house are restaurants, the Ter River, and the Ter i Illes Medes Natural Park. Ideal for families looking to combine rest, nature, and leisure activities.
