Within a wonderful private park with swimming pool, overlooking the lakefront of Maderno, a stone's throw from the central square and the beach, in a refined new building, we offer a 55 m² two-room flat on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment, which can accommodate four people, boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Guests will enjoy the utmost peace and privacy surrounded by greenery and taking advantage of the shared swimming pool and sunbathing area that includes garden furniture and an outdoor shower.

The pool will be open from mid-May until mid-September. The property includes a reserved parking space and bicycle parking. A charging station for electric vehicles is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed. This property has waste separation guidelines. A cot and high chair are also available in this flat on request. Additional services include internet access, TV, air conditioning, heating, towels and bed linen.
