The room was clean and spacious. We had 1 window that opened onto a walkway, so could only open the other one which was in the corner. Toilet cubicle is tiny, I (5'7") could barely sit with the door shut. V nice breakfast, and lounge area comfortable. Across the st from the train station

Very convenient for the train station (literally across the road) & the bus station (just a little further away) which suited me & then really easy to walk anywhere in the city. Staff were all friendly & helpful e.g. storing my bag at the beginning & end of my stay, to fit around my travel times.

I had a smooth check in. The staff was very agreeable and bilingual. I liked that they have water and coffee available for the guests at all times, the internet is fast and reliable and you only have to log in once to be connected throughout your stay. There is a corner store a couple meters away that closes at 8 pm and the gare and its shops is right up front. The city of Toulouse is beautiful and easy to walk around. It has everything you might need from shopping to restaurants to tea/coffee houses. I recommend the hotel and the city to visit.

Super convenient

Super convenient for train station and Canal du Midi. No noise at all. Bus stop to/from airport is right over the road. Easy 1km walk through shopping areas to main Capitol square. Friendly staff let us leave our cases until the 3pm check-in time. Very reasonably priced breakfast option. Room was typically small but perfectly fine.

Après la première nuit j’avais des piqûres dans mes bras, j’ai cru que c’était des allergies à quelque chose Après la deuxième nuit, les piqûres ont augmenté Ce n’était pas des allergies mas piqûres probablement des punaises de lit ou des acariens C’est dommage car le personnel de l’hôtel a été très gentil, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfaite

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! The staff are excellent! The location is so convenient, directly across the street from Toulouse Matabiau station. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had windows facing into a courtyard and was very very quiet. The shower head can be adjusted high enough for my son's 190cm frame and the water pressure and temperature were great. There is a water dispenser near the front desk with cold/ambient/sparkling water for free. We used this to fill multiple bottles with cold water before heading into Toulouse. Bag storage after checkout was free and very easy to retrieve the bags before our next train. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Toulouse!

The bed was a king and they said it was a queen so we were very happy. Since so many people talked about the shower getting water on the floor, we just stayed close to the wall and never got water on the floor. IE: You can't shower like you would at home. Friendly Kyle from the UK was super fun to talk to. Helpful about restaurant recommendations and other things. Directly across from the train station...walk across the street and it's on the left immediately. The coffee all day is fabulous and the ac wasn't cold but kept the room comfortable during the hottest weather in years. The breakfast was better than most inexpensive hotels. The Carrefour grocery store was right up the street so got all needs for the two days (even bags of ice) to keep water and wine cold. Sweet front desk workers who spoke English. Overall, lovely hotel and great price.

Great for the price

A nice hotel, right next to the main train station in Toulouse in the city centre. Staff were all pleasant and friendly, and spoke English, room was clean and modern with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good and fresh. It was a French style breakfast though so no bacon and eggs unfortunately, which I would’ve expected for €11 per person. No tea or coffee in rooms but you could get free tea or fresh ground coffee from the reception downstairs. Overall, a good experience and worth the price.
