appartement au calme
dans une copropriété fermée même aux piétons, gardé, calme, proche axe principal, supérette et plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Salle de bain un peu petite, et déco datée mais propre. une place de parking gratuite est attitré mais elle est en peu petite, trop serré.

Très bien situé à 2km du CID de Deauville par la plage, cet appartement offre calme en cette période de septembre. Le balcon offre la possibilité de manger dehors ce qui est un vrai plus. Le point négatif est le manque d'aération de la salle de bain qui est sans fenêtre et avec une VMC non fonctionnelle durant notre séjour.
