Two bedroom, ground floor apartment with courtyard in a gated, secure complex.
Adjacent to the Marina and directly opposite Magnetic Island Ferry terminal. The Ville Casino, town centre, restaurants, hotels & bars as well as the award winning Strand Waterpark & the beach are all just a short stroll away.
Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans, security access and no stairs to contend with. Ideal for young families with private, secure garden courtyard complete with outdoor dining setting and Weber BBQ. Great little unit in a gated complex Clean and tidy and in a great location Only down side was one parking space in a garage. We travelled with 2 cars but luckily, a kind neighbour let us park our second car in her spot. Bigger wagons/4x4 might struggle to fit in the garage. There are visitors spots available but never seen one free but can’t complain about the unit. Would definitely book again

Great Quiet Property

This property is great if you do not want to be right in the centre of town but just a 5 minute walk away. Lovely clean and tidy place with everything you could want, also two lovely pools that were always quiet. We would highly recomend staying here.

Great property and great location, across the road from the marina and casino. Short walk to the strand or grab a scooter. Host was very pleasant to deal with and we couldn’t be happier with our stay, will definitely be staying again!

Great apartment in Townsville

We had a terrific short stay here in July ‘23. The apartment and courtyard are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Lots of basic supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The central location meant we were able to return our hire car a few days early, because everything was within walking distance.
