Competing at World Long Distance Triathlon Event from the USA

Everything with this property was perfect for our stay. Being from the USA, I found it took a bit of getting used to it, but everything worked perfectly. It was a quiet neighborhood with access to the greenway that ran by the river, which was awesome. The only thing I would have changed was to have a clothes dryer vs. handing them outside to dry and a coffee table in front of the couch—both very minor items. Hosts provided easy access, and we never needed to ask for anything during our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the Townsville area.

Came from Melbourne for the weekend to drive the new racetrack at Calcium 4 guys. The house was clean , tidy and well equipped Only comments would be that it needs a bbq (we cooked inside) and more towel rails Otherwise highly recommend

Great place to stay

Modern house with no back yard except for half size clothes line, hot water service and 4 air conditioning units. Marble tiles on all floors and bathroom/ensuite walls was an interesting feature. Very quite area even though houses in the street are just about touching. Both bathroom and ensuite have a shower and toilet. Generally clean except around the edges eg around fridge side, window sills, around washing machine, could not use the floor mop as full of muck. The broom was handy to remove 15cm baby snake from garage. There was an iron but no ironing board, a clothes basket would have been nice. Rental company were prompt to provide maintenance on the kitchen tap which was not connected to sink properly. Had to chase up where the key was to access the house. There are no instructions for any of the appliances. Dishwasher had a quirk to operate with both the plug underneath the sink and the hob safety switch to right of the sink both having to be switched on. Summary - besides the few problems it is not a bad place to stay. Definitely better than a motel/hotel. WiFi was excellent.

Gorgeous, quite place to stay, the aircon was nice and cold!! It was a little dusty under the two single beds, moved them to get to the power points and just a few little 'sugar' ants. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, I thought was a great little thoughtful addition to each of the bathrooms. Great communiction from Steve & Team @ Townsville Holiday Rentals Would love a second house key for the next time we stay :)

I stayed with my family for 2 nights in this very clean and comfy house. The house is new, very clean located within a very quiet neighborhood. very special location, 5 minutes from the city. We did not need anything as the house is supplied by oven, microwave, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and cutlery. We found the house very cool on arrival with brand new AC in each room and the living room. Therefore, I believe this house is better than most of the 5 stars hotels. I highly recommend others to try it. Finally, Steve and his team were very supportive and smooth in the check-in and out. Many thanks for them
