Trail Permits Required: Guests planning to ride the trails must purchase a valid Hatfield-McCoy Trail Permit before riding. These can be purchased at local authorized retailers.

Direct Trail Access: The lodge sits directly on the Devil Anse Trail System, allowing guests to ride straight to the trails from the property. Please ride respectfully and follow all trail regulations.

Parking for Trucks & Trailers: The property has a large parking area designed to accommodate trucks, trailers, and multiple ATVs/UTVs, making it easy for riding groups to unload and stage their vehicles.

Hot Tub Use: The private hot tub is available for guest use year-round. Please follow posted rules for safety and proper use.

Mountain Location: The lodge is located in the mountains of southern West Virginia. Roads may be steep, winding, or gravel in some areas, which is typical for trail-access properties.
