The sturdy wood dining table seats 4 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy carry-out from one of the local restaurants.
Through the door off the kitchen is a deck with outdoor furniture, a grill, and side yard access.
The master bedroom on the main floor is stylish and calming. There`s a large closet on your way to the en-suite master bath. Enjoy the modern shower and convenient double sinks.
Upstairs is a nice sitting area and game area with a work desk and chair. The upstairs bedroom is private and has its own attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stylish, modern fixtures.
Additional features include:

You will have private access to the entire house, front and side yards, and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Additional parking may be available on request - please make arrangements in advance. There is a separate guest house and garage building on the property that are not accessible. There may be other guests there from time to time.
Please respect the defined boundaries, and do not attempt to access the garage or the fenced area of the other guest house.
We are available for questions or services between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
The house is within walking distance of downtown Travelers Rest. The town is known for its unique and friendly charm. Also, just across Main Street is the acclaimed Swamp Rabbit Trail greenway.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, please do not place a reservation without first contacting us. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS MAY NOT BOOK. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. We reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST CHECK-IN. A valid picture ID and/or identity verification by the booking platform is required before check-in. And this person must be staying at the property during the booking.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay. The definition of a guest is not limited to only those people sleeping at the property but to all guests inside the unit at any given time.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we may request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 1:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
