The 3 Zi.Apartments are located near Limone on Lake Garda with an overwhelming view of the lake panorama with the opposite Monte Baldo. Absolutely quiet and sunny in the nature reserve at the end of a cul-de-sac
without through traffic.
This region is ideal for hiking, tennis and biking as well as Nordic walking. "Limone" is the northernmost tip of the province of Brescia on the lake. Typical are the lemon gardens, some of which still today stretch from the lakeshore to the steep mountain slopes and gave the town "Limone" its name. The always mild and healthy climate allowed the Mediterranean flora to flourish with algae, oleanders, olive trees, palm trees and cypresses. Narrow streets with characteristic pubs, taverns, old houses with archways and impressive angles traverse the old fishing village, which can be counted among the prettiest villages of Lake Garda. Tolle Wohnung in wunderschönem Bergdorf
Super Wohnung, perfekt eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad kann beheizt werden, sollte es zu kalt sein steht ein Kamin zur Verfügung. Auch bei 5Grad Außentemperatur kein Problem. Geschirr / Besteck und Kochutensilien reichen locker für 4 Personen, 4flamiger Gasherd. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Parkplatzwahl ist frei, sollte es an der Wohnung zu eng werden (oder man den Einheimischen den Vortritt lässt) steht unterhalb der Wohnung ein kostenloser großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Pieve ist ein super Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen, die örtliche Touristeninformation stellt kostenfrei Karten mit eingezeichneten Routen. Alle im Dorf haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Die Wohnung ist für alle zu empfehlen, die gerne über dem Geschehen schweben und vom Trubel des Gardasees etwas Abstand halten wollen. Die Aussicht ist toll, die Doppelterasse (überdacht und frei) ist bei jedem Wetter nutzbar, und die Vermieter sehr nett uns stets zu erreichen. Pieve bietet alles was man braucht (Einkaufsläden, Restaurants (wir sind im Tengo Cuore Italiano um die Ecke hängengeblieben, sehr empfehlenswert), Bäckerei, Parkplatz in der Nähe). Die Auffahrt durch die Strada della Forra ist ein Muss, und da tagsüber Einbahnstraße nach oben auch nicht zu schwierig. Herunter zum See muss man dann allerdings einen weiteren Weg fahren. Wer gut zu Fuss und schwindelfrei ist, dem sei der Wanderweg herunter neben der Terasse des Hotels Miralago nach Campione (unser Lieblingsstrand) und dann zurück durch das Valle die San Michele (https://www.hoehenrausch.de/wandern/gardasee/pieve-di-tremosine-campione-del-garda/) empfohlen - spektakulär! Von Pieve fährt zudem auch ein Bus für kleines Geld per Sightseeing-Tour nach Limone. Unser neuer Lieblingsort am Gardasee!

Magnifique endroit
Le gîte date de quelques années mais est plutôt confortable. Très positif: la grande terrasse en partie couverte avec vue superbe sur le lac et les montagnes. Beaucoup de visites et de ballades dans les environs mais les routes sont sinueuses , parfois trop étroites pour 2 voitures de face et il faut compter 45 m à 1 heure pour 30 km. Pieve est un beau petit village assez calme et on y mange bien (Trattoria d'Angelo). Office du tourisme sur place. Quelques informations supplémentaires auraient été utiles : comment avoir un peu de chauffage (le bouton de réglage sur la chaudière manque), pas de WIFI, édredons pour 1 personne. Evidemment le propriétaire est allemand et la majorité des locataires aussi. Pas simple d'échanger (ne parle pas anglais). A notre arrivée, nous ignorions que le propriétaire ne serait pas sur place. Nous avions le code de la boîte à clefs mais on n'arrivait pas à ouvrir et le numéro de tél que nous avions ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement une voisine très gentille nous a aidés en appelant le propriétaire et après quelques essais nous avions les clefs... Monsieur Bauer est passé la seconde semaine pour savoir si tout allait bien et je l'en remercie. Malheureusement échange rapide car en allemand seulement. Ce sont juste des observations pour de futurs locataires car nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans un endroit magnifique grâce à cette réservation.

Tolle Lage oben am Berg
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Pieve, 20 Min. Autofahrt von Limone entfernt. Achtung: Das Navi hat uns durch die Brasaschlucht gelotst... Es gibt aber auch eine normale Anfahrt.... Mitte Mai war es noch ziemlich kalt kn der Wohnung, so dass wir jeden Tag den Kamin an hatten. Die Gasheizung war nicht eingeschaltet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten bis zum Ortskern. Küche und Bad etwas beengt, aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

…fahren Sie nicht hin,es wird Ihnen nicht gefallen,wieder abreisen zu müssen…😂 Nette,saubere Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage in einem Bergdorf mit allem,was man braucht.Vergessen Sie die überlaufene Küste und erkunden das landschaftlich grandiose Hinterland und falls Sie nur zum chillen Urlaub machen,bieten die Terrasse und das Haus den idealen Ort.Wir haben uns in Pieve verliebt und werden wiederkommen.

Klein und Fein
Wir haben den Urlaub, den wir in ihrem Ferienhaus verbringen durften, sehr genossen und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich denke, die einfachen Verhältnisse dort machen genau dies aus. Sie zeichnen sich aus durch die liebevolle Einrichtung des Häuschens. Für unsere Aktivitäten in der Region war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, sowie der behagliche Ort für die Rückkehr nach unseren Erlebnissen. Wir sind der Meinung, dass es ein kleiner aber feiner Schatz ist, der auch anderen Besuchern Wohlbehagen vermittelt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ein Träumchen
Wir hatten eine super Zeit (2 Wochen) am Gardasee. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur Traumhaft. Unser Lieblingsort war die Terrasse, die sehr gross ist und mit einer einzigartigen Aussicht trumpft. Unsere Gastgeber haben immer sofort und sehr freundlich reagiert wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😉

7-Tage-Urlaub in Pieve
Als wir am 03.08.19 in der Ferienwohnung bei Fam. Lang/Bräuer ankamen, fanden wir eine hübsch eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung inclusive großer Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee und den gegenüberliegenden Ort Malcesine vor. Man kommt von der Terrasse in die Wohnstube mit gemütlicher Couchecke, Fernseher und Tischgruppe. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für die Urlaubstage benötigt (genügend Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw.) In den 2 Schlafzimmern finden 4 Leute Platz, Kleiderschrank und Anrichte sind auch vorhanden. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet mit Dusche und Badschränkchen. Genügend Gartenmöbel mit Sonnenschirm und auch ein Grill sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist zum Teil überdacht, also stellt nicht mal Regen ein Problem dar. Bis zum öffentlich Parkplatz ist es nicht weit - die Treppen herunter über die Straße, ca. 5min. Der Ort Pieve selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit vielen kleinen Gaststätten, zwei Lebensmittelläden, kleinere Boutiqen, eine Tankstelle, Apotheke und vielen herrlichen Aussichtspunkten, wo man seine Seele baumeln lassen kann. Es gibt auch eine Infostelle für Ausflüge und Fragen aller Art, die netten Damen dort sprechen sehr gut deutsch! Zur Anreise: Bitte in Limone sul Garda mit dem Auto rechts nach der Weltkugel Richtung Tremosine/Voltino abbiegen. Wir hatten die Abfahrt verfehlt und sind dann durch die schwierige Brasaschlucht nach Pieve gefahren (ist nicht ganz einfach, aber zu schaffen :). Also, wer sich für einen Urlaub in Pieve entscheidet, wird es sicher nicht bereuen. Wir fanden es toll und die eine Woche ist viel zu schnell vergangen! Vielen Dank nochmal an unsere Ferienhausvermieter !
