The space -
THE COTTAGE:
This well maintained, updated space has everything you need for a restful and fun holiday! Entertain and enjoy family time around the large dining table / area, all open to the cozy living room with lake view, TV/DVD player and a double pull out couch. 2 sets of patio doors allow for lot of natural light and breeze, and provides gorgeous views! The open kitchen makes entertaining and food prep a breeze all while enjoying views of the lake! Lots of parking and trails leading to a serene waterfall with a bridge overlooking Greens Lake.
The large deck features a BBQ and picnic table with umbrella for outdoor meals and sunset views! Enjoy lots of time on the lake with many options including canoe, paddleboard, kayak, paddleboat, lily pad and 2 kids kayaks. Equipped with plenty of muskoka chairs, baby slide for the beach, wood muskoka chairs and umbrella table on dock, hammock chair and basketball net. The flat lawn overlooking the lake is perfect for badminton and sports. The East side of the cottage features more flat space for games, with a basketball net and horseshoe pit.

All bed pillows and comforters included. Sheets and pillow cases available upon request prior to stay. Guests to bring their own beach towels.

THE BUNKIE: This brand new 2 storey BUNKIE HOUSE with loft was professionally built in August 2021. It features a trundle bed that pulls out to a King size, on the main floor, beautiful views of the lake and stairs that lead to the spacious loft with two twin size air mattresses. *No hydro in the bunkie, extension cord to nearby outlet, plus portable battery lanterns included for any needed electricity.

THE LAKEFRONT OASIS is 20 mins north of Buckhorn, 30 minutes from Bobcaygeon and 4 minutes from Catchacoma Marina / LCBO! Overlooking the heavenly Greens Lake with sunset views, enjoy sun, swimming, water sports, fishing and serenity from the large dock and shallow sandy beach. Relax and BBQ on the large wrap around deck overlooking the lake and end the day with a campfire around the lakeside fire pit. Perfect for your next vacation!

We loved our stay! The Greens Lake cottage is well taken care of with a spacious and private property. Its is beautifully decorated with a relaxed beach resort feel. We stayed a week (family of 5) and had more than enough space, with room to spare. It is extremely clean, comfortable and has all the conveniences of home. The cottage is located on a quiet area of the lake and has a large beach area which was fun for the kids. Lots of games, dvds and water activities. The newly built bunkie was an added surprise providing the kids a unique indoor space to get a break from the sun and would be especially welcome on a rainy day. Let me start by thanking KCV for finding this cottage for us and Lisa for allowing us to use it! The search and support from KCV, were efficient and thoughtful in finding us this gem. We are a family of 7 (6 people and a big dog), so finding the right cottage is not easy! Lisa, the owner, gave us clear directions and details about the cottage. Check in was smooth, and we arrived late in the evening, too! We were able to settle in with ease. The cottage was clean and everything in this cottage was thoughtfully put together. The cottage was very kid and pet friendly. They had plenty of games and movies to keep you occupied. The outside was very well put together. Lots of space to play games and run around. It was decently private. Everything you need is there, just need to bring your linen, drinks and meals, and you are set. They have canoe, paddle boat, deck, chairs, fire pit, and a nice sandy entrance to the lake. We spend most of our time outside and in the water as the lake was warm and clean. We had the pleasure of spending a week at Lisa and Bryanâs cottage at the beginning of July. The cottage was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids, and the beautiful bunkie allowed for some extra space the few nights we had 2 additional adult guests. The cottage itself was very cozy and well equipped with everything you need (from kitchen utensils and serving trays, to board games and puzzles) for a great cottage vacation. The waterfront area was perfect for old and young alike. The older kids loved swimming off the dock (especially with the lily pad), fishing and doing water sports (paddle boarding and kayaking), while the shallow sandy beach area was perfect for the toddler. The large sitting area on the dock (with an umbrella for some shade) was the perfect spot for Grandma to sit and enjoy. The front and back yard were large enough for the kids to do other activities (play soccer, throw a frisbee, play basketball), while the adults sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view. The owners were helpful and prompt with communication throughout the entire process from booking the cottage, answering any questions beforehand and responding to any messages during our stay. Summer of 2021, we had an amazing stay here on Greens Lake. This super cozy cottage had more than enough room for the four of us plus our two large dogs, and was simply charming. It provided everything you would need to have the perfect getaway. There were nicely appointed seating areas to curl up with a blanket and a book, as well as a full dining table to spread out our puzzle pieces. Our family regularly used the outdoor space to play in the sand by the small private beach, or on the grass in the yard, enjoying the sports equipment. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for a family vacation. There were books, games, movies, and best of all a kayak, canoe, and a paddle board for our pleasure. Days were spent either on or in the water, fishing, roasting hotdogs over the fire, or hiking on trails. The dock on Greens Lake provided the perfect view of the beautiful sunsets as we ended each day with a glass of wine and a fire. We had a wonderful experience staying at Sunset Beach on Greens Lake in July 2021. The cottage is located on a beautiful lot with tall trees, grassy areas, large outdoor sitting areas and was dog friendly for our furry family member. We arrived to a clean and welcoming space with ample room for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and floating lilypad on the lake. We had a few rainy days and the cottage was well stocked with movies and board games to play! The kitchen had all the essentials and more and we were very comfortable during our stay. Our children enjoyed the waterfront, sitting on the dock, fishing, and playing on the sandy beach area. The cottage is located in a bay so it was quiet and peaceful, a true space for relaxation. We made some short day trips to Bobcaygeon, Catchacoma, and Buckhorn for a little site seeing, groceries, and treats.
