As advertised

Apartment was as advertised. It's an older building/apartment, but has been renovated. Some cosmetic things that could be fixed (chipped paint, for instance) but the apartment was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bed. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very clean! Everything was in working order. The owner communicated with me during the stay. The apartment is close to many things downtown. Dairy Queen is right across the street. I’m very happy I chose this property.

Cute little apartment just as advertised. Discovered the products in the shower (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all completely empty so was only able to rinse off. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes both mornings. Not sure where that came from. Everything else was great. Good location. If you aren’t good with stairs this a not the place for you.

Cute place!

This was the cutest little apartment within walking distance to downtown. We visited Johnson City to attend a concert at Capones, and we actually just stayed parked at the building and was able to walk to the venue instead of having to find parking downtown. So convenient! Everything was clean, and the area was so quiet despite being so close to downtown!

Perfect location for walking downtown or to the local trails.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tannery Flats. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We never did make it to the DQ because we were always too full from the great meals from the local restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and our host made us feel extremely welcome. We are looking forward to becoming full-time residents of Johnson City and will always have fond memories of our time spent at “The Flats”. Thanks.

Cute but noisy

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding. It’s in a great location, is very clean, has pretty cool decor, and the property manager is very communicative. However, it is LOUD. It’s located next to the fire station and close to train tracks, so you’ll hear sirens and trains often. The windows also must not have insulation, as you can hear people talking outside, walking through the gravel parking lot, etc. It’s a convenient location and very well maintained, but we didn’t sleep well at all, and that was the sole purpose of staying here.
