The rooms were extremely cold my room was switched. No relief to the point that I had to sleep in 5 layers of clothing. Nothing was done to fix the situation and I asked for a refund. No response from management. How can you help me to get a refund?

The room was clean and comfortable but the wifi was not working (tried it on several different phones), the breakfast was not ready at the promised time (we ended up hitting the road later than we would have liked) and the heating was not on in the dining room or lobby (we needed to wear our down coats to sit and eat).

Staff is very nice and always ready to help you if you need something. Price is very competitive, restaurant and grocery store/shopping center are close to the hotel. Breakfast is fine everything you need is there. The hotel need to be updated, my family and I had a good time. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we're coming into this area in the future.
