The Space:
The whole residence is a stylish building in a wonderful garden with a patio among the olive groves, 1.5km from the endless sandy beach and only 4km from the picturesque fishing village of Marathopoli.
This space, is a spacious fully equipped two room apartment at ground level of the building with a porch. It consists of a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a large bathroom.
You may explore the surrounding area, walk on the endless beach, meet the history of the place or just relax in the enchanting garden gazing the Messinian gulf.

Guest Access:
Apart from the apartment and its porch, visitors have access to all the common spaces (garden, patio, bbq etc).

The Neighborhood:
The residence is among beautiful olive groves, in a big relaxing garden, so it forms its own quite neighborhood.
The nearby beach (only 1.5km away) is a magnificent beach with wonderful clear blue water and white sand which hides inside it beautiful seashells. In the village of Marathopoli, at 4 km from the residence, you may find stores with local products, fresh fish and meat and all you need for your daily shopping. Walk on the coastal sidewalk and feel the real spirit of the place. Have a magnificent meal in one of the traditional fish taverns gazing the sunset. Relax at the beautiful cafes and have unforgettable nights at the bars and clubs of the area. Visit the small port with the smiling fishermen and take the local boat to visit the beautiful Proti island. This small island in the ancient years it is said that it was a common lair for pirates, while at its "grammeno" area you may also see ancient scriptures on the rock.
Going a little further, in an only 6 km distance from the residence, you will find the beautiful city of Gargalianoi, with the big square, the historical church,the lovely coffee shops and the small local businesses for anything further you might need.

At a short distance from the house, there are many different beaches to cover all tastes. Some of them are Lagouvardos (9km), Romanos beach (10km), Voidokoilia beach (14km), Agios Ioannis, Agia Sotira, the Mati (“eye”), as well as "Proti" island which you may visit by boat. For surf lovers, the area is perfect as lot of nearby beaches provide wonderful choices of wind.

Nestor's palace (16km), Ancient messene (62km), Gialova lagoon (Natura 2000 protected area)(16km), Polilimnio lakes and waterfalls (35km), Neda river (53km), Castle of Kiparissia (30km), Castle of picturesque Pylos (24km).
Sports:
In the area you may go (organized or with your group) for plenty of sport activities as biking, hiking, swimming, fishing, snorkeling board surfing, wind surfing and sailing. In Marathopoli there is a diving center that you could contact and in Costa Navarino resort there are two awarded golf courses for the enthusiasts of the sport.

The position of the residence is among beautiful olive groves and it would be significantly easier if the visitors have their own mean of transport. There is space to park in the residence as well as the opportunity for visitors to rent a car from nearby areas and have it delivered.
