The house is on two floors and has two bedrooms, one double upstairs (photo) and a small one, downstairs (photo). Another double sofa bed is in the other very large room, next to the living room. (So there are 6 beds) The living room is the other room, with a large window overlooking the sea, furnished with a dining table and armchairs. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette in the living room and is equipped with everything (photo). Electricity: Electricity is already running. The electric meter is in the electrical panel near the parking 1. It is the second in the bottom row on the right. The electricity of the house is 3 KW. If the light goes out due to the overload, it must be reset again by turning the meter back on in the parking panel.
In the house there are three electric heaters. Be careful to use them separately, in order not to exceed the 3KW available.
Gas:
The gas is already active. The stove works with gas and the oven with electricity. The gas cylinder is located outside the house, where there are external services. In addition to the opening and closing key on the cylinder, the gas can also be closed using the blue lever under the sink. The bed is ready with clean sheets. The sheets, for changing, are located in the drawers of the left wardrobe in the bedroom. Inside the wardrobe there are other pillows and towels for the bathroom and those for the beach.

Beach equipment
The chairs and umbrellas are located in the closet behind the house. It is accessed from the large bedroom balcony or from the staircase in the small garden. Beach rackets and other material can be found in the chest on the patio.
How to get to the beaches.
The main beach of Costa Paradiso is Licossi, which is a sandy beach. But along the coast there are various paths between the rocks to access the sea. To reach Licossi, you need to go by car to the small port. (There is also a path that reaches the port, which begins with a long staircase on the left side from the parking lot, (50 m.) From the port a path leads to Licossi (15 minutes on foot). The place and the beach are unique.
Being in Costa Paradiso, it is also worth exploring other nearby beaches that can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes. Towards Santa Teresa it is worth mentioning Cala Serraina and Vignola but also. And towards Castelsardo there are the beautiful beaches of Isola Rossa and the very long one of Badesi. Santa Teresa also has a beautiful beach and there is Capo Testa not to be missed.
