Our seaview cottage-apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests, and features perfect panoramic sea views from the private sun terrace which is furnished for alfresco dining. You will also enjoy beautiful sunsets - watch the sun melt into the sea - from the terrace.

It is located in a very good position just 350 m from the adjacent beach and is part of a private coastal settlement, very close to Isola Rossa. It is very close to Li Canneddi beach (350m by foot - get there in 7 mins) and close walking distance to Marinedda Beach - an award winning blue flag beach. Blue flags are awarded only to a handful of the best beaches in Italy. In addition to having the requisite excellent water quality, facilities, environmental management and safety, Marinnedda is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

The apartment is traditionally designed outside with a modern, clean and bright interior. It is suitable for a couple or for a family or group of up to 4 people. The kitchen, indoor dining area and lounge are open plan with large windows making the space light and airy, with panoramic sea views and also with garden views. The shower room includes all the usual amenities including a separate shower cubicle and a bidet, and fresh linen and towels are provided for each guest. The patio offers outstanding views over the Costa Rossa coastline with its rich blue ocean, and with its west-facing aspect also gives spectacular sunsets that sizzle into the sea. We have private WIFI inside our apartment with a nice strong signal.

The cottage apartment is in a residence, right down on the coast, immersed in nature with its own 100 hectares of gardens which blend naturally into the surrounding wild Mediterranean vegetation. Peaceful paths wind throughout the landscaped gardens and there is a dedicated footpath leading to the beach which is just 6 -8 minutes away. The beach has a sandy area and also an area with craggy rocks, stones and a short stretch of sand, and is ideal for snorkelling with many colourful fish to discover both close to the shoreline and further into the surf. Sunbathe, splash and swim before returning to your apartment to relax on the terrace with a glass of wine! Alternatively, walk to the Marinnedda beach nearby with long stretches of golden sand.

The apartment is ideally located within reach of amenities such as an aqua park, a variety of beaches, shops and supermarkets, restaurants, historical monuments, boat excursions and diving schools. Tennis courts conveniently situated at the gates to the property grounds can be hired and a hot spring spa treatment centre can be found just 22 km inland with free entry to the warm river with its hot flowing geysers.

We are positioned on the northwest side of Sardinia along the coast of Asinara, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and from across the Residence you can enjoy exceptional views of the sea and walk in the mix of wild Mediterranean brush, landscaped gardens and pine forests adjacent to the beach. Many paths lead from the grounds which can take you to other coves, beaches and along to the quaint fishing town of Isola Rossa. Some tracks offer gentle, ambling walks while others are more suited to the fit and adventurous, such as the path to nearby Tinnari beach just over the mountain at the back of the grounds. This destination provides the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families who enjoy the outdoor life exploring all that this lovely Costa Rossa area has to offer.

For those who wish to sample local menus, many restaurants are to be found in the region offering traditional Sardinian sea food dishes as well as pasta and pizzas. The renowned wine making town of Badesi is close by where cantinas and eateries can be found, backing onto a beach of white sand 8 km long.

With plenty to do and see nearby there is something for everyone here; day trips to interesting sights and places, historic and cultural experiences, and for those who are young at heart there is fantastic aqua park just a couple of km’s away from your apartment with pools, water slides and much more - excellent for a fun-filled day for the kids!

The dedicated paths to the beach encourage spontaneous seaside excursions, ideal for morning jogs or sunset strolls. For those interested in hiking, the rugged landscapes surrounding the apartment provide ample opportunities. The paths not only offer leisurely walks through lush Mediterranean vegetation but also challenging trails that reward hikers with breathtaking views of the coastline. The trek to Tinnari Beach is particularly spectacular, with its secluded sands accessible only by foot or boat, offering another tranquil escape if you ever get tired of the other nearby beaches.
