Great appartement for a family

It was an amazing appartement, close to the beach, bakery, little grocery. Central location on the island with multiple kids friendly activities to do in less then 30 minutes drive from the appartment. The host was so helpful, providing info about things do to and when we had a electricity problem in the flat, he was very quick to fix it. We love to watch the sunset from our balcony and see all the birds in the morning. It was very quiet in the evening so our toddler was able to sleep easily.Little things to know about the appartment that didn’t bother us, but to consider before renting it. The AC only starts at 8 pm, so no Ac during the day. The pool is not accessible after 6 pm and the door didn’t close to stop our toddler from going into it without us noticing it if we didn’t keep a close eye on him at all time. The kitchen doesn’t have a lot of shelves so all the food had to be stored in a little bookshelf accessible to toddler. Apart from those little details which like I said, didn’t really bother us, but could be annoying to others, it was one of the best apartment we had in our multiples travels

Super endroit!

C'est un endroit super pour passer des vacances. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec 2 chambres, une climatisée avec un grand lit et l'autre avec des lits jumeaux. C'est agréable de prendre des repas sur le balcons avec les petits oiseaux qui viennent nous saluer. La grande piscine ajoute un gros plus à l'appartement. Philippe est un hôte super, il est là pour répondre à tous nos besoins. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours.

Logement conforme aux photos avec des exterieurs tres agréables. Bien placé et calme pour profitez de vacances en famille. Manque juste la climatisation dans la 2ème chambre pour plus de confort. Mais l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes (et voisins) nous fait oublier ce petit bémol.

Petit séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à cet endroit. Commerces à proximité qui facilitent nos déplacements (boulangerie, pizzeria, supérette 👌) La plage de l’anse à l’Âne tout près a été une de nos préférées. Super communication avec Philippe, très disponible et accueillant. Sylvie aussi, qui habite en haut du logement, a été une super ressource pour nous. Elle nous conseillait pour les endroits à visiter et activités à faire afin d’explorer la Martinique 😊

Semaine de rêve à L'anse à l'âne

Une seule petite semaine dans cet location parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et nous voilà déjà prêts pour y revenir ! Idéalement située pour découvrir tous le jolie spots de l'ile et accueuillis comme des amis par l'extremement bienveillante Sylvie. La reine des bons tuyaux pour sortir un peu des sentiers batus ! Appartement dans une grande maison , très bien situé, au calme. Piscine super appréciable après des journées de visites. Logement proche de toutes les commodités. Sylvie qui habite dans un autre logement de la maison donne de précieux conseils pour visiter l’île. Philippe, le propriétaire, est super sympa et fait tout pour que le séjour soit au top. A choisir sans hésitation.

L’endroit idéal, un accueil extraordinaire

On ne pouvait rêver mieux pour notre premier séjour en Martinique. Tout a dépassé nos attentes. Le T3 est décoré avec goût , très bien équipé avec une terrasse très agréable. La piscine est parfaite, entourée d’une belle végétation. La communication est très facile et rapide avec Philippe. Et que dire de l’accueil de Silvy… une personne merveilleuse, pleine de bons conseils et d’attentions! nous avons trouvé un autre chez nous. Merci !!!

Pour un séjour parfait

Philippe est un super hôte très disponible qui nous a accueilli les bras ouverts et nous a donné de nombreux conseils avisés pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. L'appartement, idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants, est au calme et très bien situé. Boulangerie, pizzéria, petite superette et presse/tabac sont à deux pas. La plage est accessible à pieds (10 min) ou en voiture (4 min). La piscine est idéale pour se détendre en fin de journée. Sylvie qui habite à l'année est une voisine adorable qui nous a donné tout un tas de conseils et de trucs et astuces tout au long de notre séjour. Encore merci à elle! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons chez Philippe lors d'un prochain séjour.

Super séjour

Le logement est idéalement situé ! Proche de toutes les commandites avec une super boulangerie ! Le point fort :la terrasse et la vue magnifique . Le plus :la glacière,les fauteuils pour la plage .mais surtout :l’hospitalité de Philippe et de Sylvie . Leurs conseils de visite sont TOPISSIMES . Enfin pour terminer la piscine est également géniale . Vous l’avez compris on a ADORÉ.!
