Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le sud de l'île. Avec boulangerie et autres petit resto à 3min à pied. La piscine est très grande pour que les enfants puissent s'amuser après une journée à la plage. Dans l'appartement, tout le matériel est là pour se sentir comme chez soi. Très confortable et avec la clim dans les chambres. La vue de la terrasse vers les montagnes est magnifique. Facile de se parker. Je retournerai sans hésiter.

Beautiful view and very clean

We loved this apartment, the first morning waking up and looking outside to the bright green trees were unreal. We had an amazing time in Martinique and this house was a major contributor. We ate breakfast on the porch every morning and dinner most nights. It was very clean and the downstairs shower was amazing.

Simply Beautiful Property

Our family's first experience was awful. Our journey from our country was great, but when we got to Fort de France we contacted the owner got a response only to find out that communication was a big issue . We tried countless times still no answer. After taking the first ferry to Pointe du Bout, where were given directions from the owner prior to our visit which failed. When we got to Pointe du Bout we were like strangers in a foreign land, hungry with children. Finally we made our way to a hotel in Pointe du Bout to get some assistance. The hotel called for a taxi for over 40 minutes until a taxi finally came from far to get us.We were disappointed that the owners never answered the phone contacts we were given. The taxi and the hotel called for directions and no phone was answered.We finally got to the apartment after 5 hours later at 11:00 pm. The owners should have offered a special taxi to accommodate our family, which we later found out that taxis are not available from Pointe du Bout after 7;00 pm. Terrible.Especially at a ferry port. The apartment was truly comfy and well equipped. It was great, neatly kept. The tenant downstairs, Juliette was amazing for us. She gave us all the information we needed, by using creole dialogue between us. Thumbs up to Juliette. thanks for the Love. The garbage disposal was too far across the street.The beach, supermarket and restaurants were within easy reach. We would recommend for family but ensuring that communication is handled better to make the stay more enjoyable. Thanks again Juliette

Très bel hébergement, superbes terrasses, parfait pour 2 couples. Belle piscine et a quelques pas de la plage.Un point négatif: lors de notre séjour, les restaurants dans les alentours étaient souvent fermés Nous n'avons pas bien compris les instructions pour l'accueil; ce n'était pas clair qu'il fallait contacter la personne responsable avant notre arrivée en Martinique.pour l'accueil

Attention des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour plus de 4 personnes, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, 180 euros supplémentaires, alors que la location s'affiche sur le site Abritel pour 6 personnes et les photos montre 6 places. Les confitions générales indiquent : "des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendre de la politique de l'hébergement". c'est plutôt vague ...C'est à partir de combien de personnes les supplémentaires ? Merci d'expliquer clairement que le prix de base du logement est prévu pour 4 personnes. A part cela l'appartement est très bien, il ne manque rien.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour remarques pour améliorer MAIS nous avons trouvé une blatte morte derrière le rideau, plus tard dans le séjour une blatte vivante. du sable dans la douche et le siphon bouché. 1 seule paire de drap par lit pour 3 semaines au mois d’août ce n'est pas évident de laver et faire sécher avec la pluie et 1 serviette par personne. dommage. Le vernis sur la table est à refaire car cette table sur la terrasse état toujours collante

Très bon séjour familial

L'anse à l'âne est un lieu résidentiel, proche des plages renommées de anse Noire, anse Dufour et des anses d'Arlet rejointes en 10-20min, mais également de la savane des esclaves par exemple... Vous pouvez vous garer à l'intérieur sur une des 4 places, ou dans la ruelle, sans soucis. L'appartement est très propre et à notre grande surprise, très équipé et bien décoré...comme à la maison ! Au calme (à part le coq et chèvre alentours...). Les propriétaires, comme les gérants sur place, sont très facilement joignables et réactifs. Merci à eux! Tout proche se trouvent la plage (pas de massifs coralliens mais une vue sympathique sur Fort-de-France), un carrefour express, une boulangerie, quelques restaurants de plage, un bar tabac et un distributeur à pizzas (plutôt bonnes). Très bien pour les jours où vous ne voulez pas prendre la voiture... Une semaine positive à l'appartement Judith!

Le logement est tres bien situé et confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants c'est top. Le petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking attitré, il faut parfois se garer dans la rue.

Duplex dans un beau jardin exotique avec 2 terrasses (Nord Sud ) permettant un courant d'air .Belles cuisine et sdb neuves au rch .Lits faits a l'arrivée et serviettes prévues . Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions arrivée 1 journée plus tôt, avec frais de notre part, leurs réponse à été : "Nous vous invitons à arrivée 1 journée plus tôt" sans nous parler de frais supplémentaires, à notre arrivée nous avons été étonné de la demande du propriétaire de débourser 100€ pour la nuit supplémentaire, de plus notre caution de 300€ nous à été encaissé pour soit disant des frais liés aux dommage dans la location ou nous ne somme pas responsable (urine sur martelât), à déconseillé pour famille avec enfants.

Idéalement située

Appartement parfait pour 5 personnes avec un très bon équipement et 2 terrasses; très pratique selon la météo. Une chambre avec un lit double en bas;et dans la mezzanine un lit simple avec 1 canapé ;et une autre chambre avec deux lits simples. Emplacement très bien situé avec un accès plage à 5 minutes à pied et les commerces dont le Carrefour Market et une bonne boulangerie ainsi que des restaurants sur la plage. On a juste regretté de ne pas avoir une collation d'accueil car avec le couvre-feu à 19h tout était fermé et il n'y avait rien pour nous restaurer. Pour les plongeurs, nous vous recommandons le Calypso Plongée au bout de la plage. Cette location nous a donné de revenir.
