Enjoy this beautifully remodeled and taken care of three bedroom, three bath home!

This is the perfect family vacation or "work from home" retreat for any time of year. Relax in an open and bright floorplan that is warm and inviting. Plenty of windows and a sliding glass door to the back deck that offer an abundance of natural light. Enjoy and unwind after a fun day at the lake or on the slopes, there is plenty of room for everyone. The living room is open and comfortable with a full sleeper sofa and Smart TV equipped with HDMI cables. An integrated music speaker receiver system is located throughout the house. The wood burning fireplace and central heating will keep you cozy after a day in the snow! The airlocked mud room entry way welcomes you with space heat and heated tile floors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything the chefs of the family may need to fix a quick snack or create and host a full dinner menu. Breakfast is a breeze with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waffle iron, and oven griddle. The kitchen is supplied for what the "little one's" might need: kid friendly plates, cups and bowls. There is also a gas BBQ grill or a pellet grill on the back deck available for use.

The master suite and two additional bedrooms are all located upstairs, with smart TVs throughout. The Master features an additional full sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, with space heater and heated tile floors in the bathroom. There is one additional full bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom on the first floor. All of the beds are super comfortable with available hypoallergenic pillows, duvet covers and extra blankets for the winter months. Dedicated office space is available in the Master Bedroom loft as well as in an upper guest bedroom. There is a huge deck off of the front of the house, accessed through one upstairs bedroom, and another private deck in the back just off the dining room on the first level. Additional home amenities include: portable crib, high chair, baby gate, family board games, kids' activity table & chairs, cornhole set.

Outside off the back deck you will love the peaceful setting among the trees. There is also a private hot tub on the back deck for your enjoyment aswell.

Guest amenities include complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, and ample parking for two large families, and snow removal in the winter months.
Your reservation includes two guest passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a $20 all-access day pass (kids 6 and under are free). Enjoy incredible club amenities, including swimming pools, a fitness center, and a sauna. This house is in Tahoe Donner, one of America's largest homeowner associations. It is only a few minutes from Historic Downtown Truckee for all your shopping & dining needs. Enjoy the Donner Lake Marina, or on one of the many breath taking trails. You are also just minutes from world-class ski resorts like North Star, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and many more fantastic ski resorts right in your backyard.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
