Epic property! We are a group of pro disc golfers in Tahoe for our 9th annual private event playing the beautiful courses around the lake. Hands down everyone agreed this was our favorite location from over the years. Very clean, modern, with lots of bathrooms and showers. We love to cook and it was easily done with a well stocked kitchen of tools. Winding down the nights after hiking all day was awesome either in the huge hot tub or around the fire pit. The communication from the host was prompt and informative. We plan on returning to do it again at this property for our 10th annual King of the Lake tournament next year!DMac

The house needs a deep cleaning.Great value for the price.Great bus service. No, Exceptional bus service. Less than 5min to the village. If you have a problem with this owner/property, good luck communicating with the it AI chatbot. Took us 36hrs to get a reaction about cloudy hot tub water at which point they finally dumped it all out, refilled it with cold water, then blamed us for getting sand in it when we had literally just arrived less than 24 hours earlier. We took care of the cold water problem ourselves and got it back to 100 degrees in about three hours.Main level fireplace didn’t work, but there are about five or six others and it was warm out, so no big deal. We’d stay here again, but encourage ownership to change to a human answering the chat instead of an AI bot. And if that is actually a human, then PLEASE hire a different service.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall, the cabin was accommodating, and our family enjoyed our stay, especially the outdoor patio, which made for a wonderful pizza night. We are considering booking again next year, but I wanted to share a few concerns that would improve the guest experience. The cabin could benefit from a much deeper cleaning. There was noticeable dust and spider webs throughout the house, suggesting it had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was also a persistent sewer-like odor. We found that the washing machine's rubber seal had significant buildup and likely contributed to the smell, but there was still an odor downstairs that we couldn't locate. We understand outdoor factors may play a role, but air fresheners and a professional inspection would help.I swept and hosed down the patio before we used it. Since outdoor debris is unavoidable, providing a leaf blower in the garage would be a thoughtful addition for guests. The sectional couch in the living room near the kitchen continually separated while we were trying to relax and watch movies and should be repaired. Finally, the kitchen needs better organization and more cookware. I reorganized several drawers because items were scattered, and there were very few platters, pots, or specialty cooking items like a griddle. Thankfully, we had read previous reviews and brought our own supplies.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these suggestions help make an already great cabin even better.
