A beautiful brand new modern 3 bedroom home nestled in the Cornish countryside and close to perranporth with far reaching countryside and sea views , only 1.5 miles (4 minutes drive )to stunning perranporth seaside town and beach and just 6 miles (10 Minute drive )to the lively town of Newquay.

Our home is the perfect location whilst in the countryside it is still central to visit many of the famous beautiful Cornish locations. With easy access to the new improved A30

Wind down in the evening while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset with unobscured stunning views of the Cornish countryside and sea.

Our large open plan living space and kitchen has everything you could need for the perfect family get away. Play family board games, or snuggle up to a Netflix movie on our large 70” TV. Or relax in our extra large deep bath. There’s something for all the family at Sunset fields. If you enjoy walking there are plenty of wonderful walks including the new long awaited saints trail just down the road and the beautiful open green space of perran sands dunes, home of st pirans cross and the lost church.

Our outside area has parking for 4 cars, ample outside green space and a heated outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a busy day at the beach.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in our brand new family home and dates will be be very limited. This years dates are discounted due to the unfinished and ongoing landscaping but the ample space can still be used.
