The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Common areas were nice, breakfast was good. The rooms could use an upgrade and beds definitely need to be upgraded. Pillows and bed was not comfortable.

Front desk staff was very unwelcoming. Checked in at 4pm on a Sunday. The hotel was empty and slow. Reception acted like we were bothering her and she made little effort to provide any property details. She checked us into the 1st floor, at the very end of the hall, near an exit door. The room smelled musky, other wise eh. The mattress was firm. Just an underwhelming stay and hotel experience.

There is a Johnny Bs restaurant right next door, walking distance for sure, there is also a sonic, mcdonalds, and a couple gas stations pretty close. The property is nice and secluded, higher than the highway so you don't hear all the traffic off the highway. The receptionist, Brittany, was a wonderful example of customer service, she helped make the experience wonderful and easy, I felt taken care of and at home and wasn't worried about where I would be calling home for the night. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is friendly and very good at their jobs. I will recommend this establishment to people in the future and will return to it myself to stay if I am in the area again.
