The property was particularly clean and the host communication was 10/10. The bed and linens were good and comfortable. The bed has a dust mite protector on it which this asthmatic appreciated. There was a small supply of coffee and tea which alleviated the need to go for groceries the first night and ice in the trays looked fresh. The kitchen is well appointed for simple meals or left overs. The location is great if you like to walk to restaurants and breweries as there are many within a 20 minute walking radius. The train rumbles by frequently but we didnât hear any screeching brakes or clanging so it wasnât an issue for us; it was quieter than some. There was road repair the first morning but they canât control that :). They use a third party app you need to register for and there is an additional fee. They refer to it as âboarding passâ but it downloads as ENSO. It works very well for having all your property information at one touch. I donât recall what the fee is for exactly, but it is not reflected in the total paid through VRBO.
