Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath home w/attached laundry room, this home sits on a large private 1/4 acre lot with ample parking. The neighborhood is a safe family friendly, low traffic area that is walking distance to great shopping, eating or just enjoying the nearby park. There are also great recreational opportunities for the active travelers that include world famous bicycle friendly (The Loop) , or you could also walk to the brand new Orange Theory fitness center, or local Yoga studio. Both of which are located within 5 minutes walking distance. If you are a foodie at heart, the brand new highly acclaimed Culinary Dropout restaurant is located within walking distance (about 0.6 miles away) and right across the street is Dantes Fire restaurant and bar that was recently featured on The Cooking Channel Late Night Eats (only resturant in Tucson to serve food and beverages until 2am).

The host Eve was outstanding! Attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. I accidentally locked myself out one day and the host arrived within 10 minutes to let me back in. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location was amazing for us and close to all of the places we wanted to explore! Thank you!

Eve is a wonderful host. This property was everything it’s described as. Very clean -nice fenced in backyard. Eve provided everything you would need. Exceptional in virtually every detail!

We had an excellent stay! * Nice established neighborhood and neighbors seemed friendly * Away from busy streets/traffic with room to park and nice entry lighting * Landscaping well maintained with a large backyard that is relatively private * Inside fits the hgtv listing - completely remodeled with attention to detail, clean, and done with great taste. Nice accents that make the house seem, unique, special, and beautiful * Kitchen and baths are well stocked and outfitted with little extras (like nice shampoo) that add even more to the stay. Pots, pans, glasses, etc are also a solid notch above what I had expected. * Wifi worked well * Host was awesome, very helpful, very friendly, with exceptional communication * Comfortable beds We look forward to hopefully coming back!

Nice home with recent updates. We had an issue with the refrigerator but Eve got it solved for us quickly. Kitchen was well appointed except for baking dishes: there weren't any pyrex pans for cooking.

Great stay!

My best friends and I last minute decided we were going to Tucson for Homecoming. This was the most perfect place we could've asked for. Check in was incredibly easy, the place was very clean, 2 spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen and living area was very spacious as well. The weather was great and the backyard had so much space for us to spend time outside! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect for a Quick Weekend

We had a great stay! We didn’t spend much time there, as we were out and about with friends most of the time, but the place was extremely clean and it served its purpose well! Not the most space to hang out in, but worked out fine with us and our 2 kids.

Wonderful place to stay

The newly renovated home was the perfect place for us to stay!! Conveniently located just a few miles from the University of Arizona, we found the area to be quiet and easily accessible. The accommodations were wonderful, and Jay and Eve were easy to reach if we needed anything. They even provided extra blankets for the chilly evenings! We loved our time in Tucson!!
