NOTE: The hot tub is heated at no additional charge. Heating the pool is an optional extra-fee amenity. The daily fee for heating the pool is $84. Please let us know if you want the pool heated during your stay, and we will ensure it`s ready upon your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.

1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.

3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.

4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.

6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.

7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.

8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement:
a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only
b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address
c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES:
a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas.
b) NO DIVING.
c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub.
d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm.
e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.

Great house, great location, friendly hosts

We wanted a place for 6 family members to enjoy a few days in Tucson, where we went to see a performance by an Australian group on their US tour. This house worked well for us, and on the 100Âș days the pool was just what we needed. The foothills area is quiet and full of birds -- my mornings were spent sitting by the pool, birdwatching - perfect. The large saguaro in the backyard was blooming, and teeming with bird action. In the house, we found everything we needed, including a coffee maker and well-supplied kitchen. I'd definitely book this place again.

Private & Beautiful Space - Quiet

This home was exactly as listed. Clean, private and quiet - the perfect retreat to relax and de-stress while attending some important and bustling family events. Our two little doggos were welcomed with a reasonable fee. Host was proactive and responsive.We enjoyed swimming, sunbathing and the outdoor space every day - don't let the cosmetic surface scuffs put you off - the pool was perfection: clear, clean and cool. The gazebo was an amazing space to enjoy an early summer monsoon, too! The only thing missing was an outdoor shower.The yard was full of birds and the wildlife was a pleasure - we saw cactus wrens, roadrunners, woodpeckers, quail, and hummingbirds [the property has feeders and kept them filled] - plus a pair of coyotes trotted past the back fence! And yes, the views are spectacular - 360Âș breathtaking! The property was well-appointed and everything worked...with the exception of the showers - both bathrooms had issues with the shower controls [see the January 2025 review]. One had no cold water and the other was almost impossible to get hot water to more than a trickle. Luckily my sisters were okay with lukewarm showers and my husband and I okay with hot showers ;). Our host, Todd, responded that the issue would be addressed promptly.A note of warning if you are bringing dogs in the summer not used to the desert heat: the pavers and artificial turf grass get HOT in the afternoon sun. Overall 5-star stay -we'll definitely come back soon!

Spot On

Everything we expected was there. Spot on privacy and relaxation. The house is minimalist, which is perfect. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The property is very retro and well-maintained. No complaints. If you’re looking to kick it up, this isn’t the place. It’s a getaway from your busy life. We would come back.

Perfect place for us as part of a family reunion. Plenty of space, well appointed and equipped, clean, clean, clean! Definately will try and stay again. Less than a mile from Arizona National Golf Course

Clean, older house in quiet neighborhood.The Good. Good beds, clean, good TV, well equipped kitchen with good appliances, garage, grocery store nearby, great outdoor area and pool, responsive manager, easy check in.The Less Good. Both showers needed repair, no garage door opener, BBQ grill hard to light, couches not comfortable, few restaurants in the area.

Great staycation

The house was nice, pool was awesome and the neighborhood was very very quiet. Exactly what we wanted. Stores were close by to grocery shop and get some other items as needed. Communication with agency to the owners were quick thankfully. Found a tiny scorpion in the shower on our last morning, which was our first and no incidents from it thankfully. It was a nice experience.
