This is a beautiful old historic neighborhood. Lots of mature trees and great views of the Catalina Mountains. The neighborhood is awesome with very friendly people. There are basic services within five minutes like restaurants, Post Office, gas station, great thrift stores, coffee shop and grocery store. We have had 5 star reviews for all aspects of our listings except on 2 occasions people gave a 4 star for location. When choosing a place to stay make sure it is in the area you wish to stay. For many it is the perfect location because it is 4 miles away from the best hiking spot in the area, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which has waterfalls and streams. But it is not as convenient to the UofA which may be about a 20 to 30 minute drive. Please note the main house is occupied and detached from the guest house with privacy. There are no visitors, parties, or small gatherings allowed since the space is comfortable for 4 guests only.
