The room was clean. The lobby/bar nice! The resort was very pretty! Clean, great views of sunset from front, and also night view of pool areas. 1 star off from 5 due to "old resort" smell in room - which could be a little updated. We will be back in warmer weather to enjoy the ammenities!

Felt judged by front desk for staying one night even though I live up the street. We were doing a date night but she made it feel like it was wrong. Tried to order room service they called back and said they don’t do room service for what I wanted. People around in other rooms were very loud.

The room was clean, well kept, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable! I didn't get a chance for breakfast or the bar but the staff was friendly and helpful and beautiful views even in the rain from balcony!

The grounds and views are gorgeous. Nice location. The chairs on the patio at our room are very uncomfortable. Bring your own cushions.

The hotel is really nice, outdated. The rooms dont have much and TV's are not able to work with netflix or apps, customer serviceis really bad in the front desk. Baylie wa terrible and not even a smile, they don't have information and are not helpful, the cleaning ladies were nice and accomodating. Maybe a little latin hospitality training from them would help the front desk.

The lady at the front desk saved us from a very unpleasant situation. One of the main factors in choosing this hotel was that we wanted a hotel with breakfast included; therefore, we searched only for hotels with breakfast. Whereas this hotel OFFERED breakfast, it was not INCLUDED. Once we discovered this error upon going to breakfast, she stepped in and offered a discount which we gladly accepted. This woman was fantastic from check in to check out. Sometimes it is the staff that makes the stay at the hotel memorable. We will definitely remember her kind and professional assistance at this grand hotel and resort. I am sorry I do not remember her name. BTW, the hotel also has a great location in Oro Valley with fantastic views.

Worst stay I have had at this property (3rd x staying there). Casitas are very old and could definitely use a facelift! Our casita was extremely dirty and disgusting.

We stayed in what was thought to be an excellent room. The room was ugly. No getting around it. The furniture was worn, brown and drab. The bathroom was very nice and updated.
This room in the second building on the second-floor needs updating. Disappointing to say the least.

this is a very nice resort and enjoyed the amenities. Im not a foodie and will eat anything....but i found the quality of the menus of the various options to be not at the same level of the resort. just lacking in quality. the chicken tacos. abysmal, just thrown together with precooked chicken that is so dry.
