The staff was more interested in finishing the cigarettes, then attending to visitors at the desk. The room is very questionable, the bathroom floor is dirty with visible dust, bunnies, and dirt in the corners. The doors to the bathroom need to be cleaned. There is visible dirt on the doors. The carpeting in the room is in bad shape with large stains covering the carpet, definitely wouldn’t walk in socks on this let alone, barefoot, and this coincides with the bathroom floor as well. The wall in the bathroom by the door has visible mold. The hotel is extremely loud. The entrance door to the room does not close properly. The room has a body odor smell. I would not recommend this location based on what I’ve seen

The room was very dirty, as was the bathroom with urine on the floor and base of the toilet. The room smelled and one staff was very rude! I will never stay with your chain again as I had the same experience at In Miami 13 yrs ago!
