Lobby needs a 2nd person

Only one person working the desk. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby. I waited 15 minutes outside before I could check in. Then while walking back from dinner, I noticed the lobby was again empty. Set a bad tone for my stay. Apparently not finished with repairs in the bathroom, either.

Room was nice, clean and modern but the door was way off from the frame so there was about and inch and a half of space at the bottom that was wide open and then you couldn't deadbolt it before it was not at all lined up correctly.

King Size Bed Lower Level Room wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our check in & there was DOG HAIR everywhere, on the floors, behind the doors, on the chairs. Sheets and towels were clean. Location was good for freeway access but we did have someone out wandering the parking lot and yelling at around 4am. So I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Noise trains at night, floors were pretty dirty. Beds were very comfortable and the TV size was nice. Found a long hair in the shower (on the wall). But was about what I expected for the money. I would probably stay there again.
