Double drop leaf dining table with 4 chairs can accommodate a larger dining crowd.
Generous bathroom with over-sized tiled shower and tiled seat.
Lots of storage in the walk-in closet off the bathroom.

The backyard pool is available 24/7, warmed by the weather - cold in winter.
Private patio rests under an old Velvet Mesquite tree with a dining table and chairs. Guests frequently enjoy beverages, dine and work in this relaxing space. Accessible laundry available anytime.
