The staff here is great, friendly and casual. From management to housekeeping and maintenance. Michael was very helpful in getting the room I wanted sorted out. I should also mention Eddie is also very helpful with the reservations.thank u all!

The overnight front desk lady called my room at 1020pm on Saturday night stating that she gad noise complaints. I was next to a type of porter closet which means i had one direct neighboring room beside and below me. I told her that i would turn down the radio and sh continued with " the next time ill call the police" She never even left the front desk to verify any such accusations. I was standing in the hallway and could hear a female laughing. I went to the front desk to ask her about said complaint and she replied im not goung to argue with you,. I stated im not arguing with you. She then informed me if she was gonna call the police and have me vacated. I should fine, go ahead, call the police. I wasn't on any drugs. Nothing going on like that, but she never even verified any of the thing about noise level. She just took third hand info as gospel truth. I started moving back out because I pretty much knew the outcome. Marana P.D. arrived as i was moving out from the second floor. No citations no trip to jail but i was 86ed from the property. I left a message when attempting to contact the management and of course they never returned my call. I may have been there for at rhe most 1hour entirely. If course no refund for the roim either. So me being about the principal cost me money, and they need to maybe have their staff.Members follow up with said complaints before, just so quick to jump to I'll just call the cops.

The Motel was nice but the other renters were very loud into the early morning hours. There seem to be homeless individuals that hung around. It was a little scary to leave the room when it gets dark so I took care of what I needed before it got dark so I would not have to be in and out of the room when the sun sets.

I think the staff is really what makes a stay great and can supersede anything else. This was not a planned stay and was based on emergency needs and I’m a single mom with my 15 year old and two puppies. We just needed To feel safe and taken care of in that week we stayed here. And we did. We felt so comfortable that when our new house was ready for us just down the road we were sad leaving. Thank you guys!
