Fabuleux

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses. La vue et l'emplacement de l'appartement sont incroyables. Candelaria est réactive et disponible. L'appartement est bien agencé et ne manque de rien. Gran Tarajal est un lieu trÚs agréable car peu de touristes en juillet, ce qui permet des contacts faciles avec les locaux ou espagnols sur place. Pizzeria délicieuse au pied de l'immeuble et incroyable resto Mama Gusta à quelques mÚtres... Pietro un grand chef en devenir. Nous avons pu visiter l'ßle facilement en voiture. Bref un régal. Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.

Un merveilleux séjour

Auszeit auf der Insel

Gran Tarajal ist richtig gut fĂŒr Menschen, die keinen Touristenrummel brauchen. Bei unserem langen Aufenthalt konnten wir ein wenig in das Alltagsleben der Einwohner eintauchen. Die Ferienwohnung können wir auch fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts Wesentlichem gefehlt und der Blick vom riesigen Balkon auf Strand und Meer ist einfach grandios. Zwei große SupermĂ€rkte sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen und ein "Rolli" fĂŒr schwere EinkĂ€ufe (große WasserbehĂ€lter) ist vorhanden. Das Preisniveau dieser MĂ€rkte ist in etwa mit denen in Deutschland vergleichbar. Hervorzuheben ist die problemlose Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit der Vermieterin. Wir waren sehr angenehm ĂŒberrascht, als bei einer Wasserhavarie im Haus die Wasserversorgung der Wohnung trotzdem sichergestellt war. Wer nicht gern selbst kocht, hat aus unserer Sicht ausreichende Möglichkeiten, sich in den hiesigen kleinen Restaurants beköstigen zu lassen. Der jeweilig vorhandene Geldbeutel spielt dabei die entscheidende Rolle. Ein gutes Essen fĂŒr zwei Personen, dazu je ein Glas Wein und ein Dessert kann dann auch schon einmal mit rund 80 zu Buche schlagen. Die Insel wurde von uns bewusst nur mit dem Bus erkundet und die Erreichbarkeit der meisten Orte war fĂŒr uns gegeben. Die FahrplĂ€ne sollten hierfĂŒr selbstverstĂ€ndlich auf dem Smartphone abgespeichert sein. Da in unsere Zeit auf der Insel auch der Karneval fiel, konnten wir die Mitmach- und Lebensfreude der Einwohner nur bewundern. Sowas steckt an.

Fantastic Stay

Great location in quite non-touristy, town. Well stocked and 2nd bathroom is a godsend. As was a shopping trolley for carrying the water from one of two local supermarkets. One slightly odd thing was that the kitchen only had one socket - for a kettle, microwave and coffee maker, so was a little annoying to have to keep plugging & unplugging. Overall a fantastic stay & great communication with Candeleria.

Penthouse apartment Gran Tarajal

Everything about the holiday/apartment from the original booking process was perfect, in particular the level of communication with Candelaria from start to finish was exemplary and deserves special mention. The apartment itself had everything we required in terms of facilities for a two week stay. The location of the apartment could not be bettered with a fantastic view of the bay, beach and promenade (the photographs on the website do not do it full justice) and being in close proximity to all amenities and food and drink areas. For anybody looking for a relaxing holiday in an area of traditional Spanish hospitality we would fully recommend this property.

Super Aussicht, toller Ort

Gran Tarajal ist ein Ort ohne Massentourismus und großen Hotelbunkern. Hier wohnen noch Menschen und das ist wunderbar! Ein toller, belebter Ort mit entspannten Menschen und kleinen Restaurants. Sogar ein Fußballspiel im örtlichen Stadion haben wir uns angeschaut. Wer SouvenirlĂ€den und andere Touristen-Bespaßung nicht braucht, ist hier genau rochtig! Der Strand ist wunderbar und wenig besucht. Ein Hyperdino und Spar sind um die Ecke. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Cristina hat und sehr lieb empfangen und wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft :) Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann auf jeden Fall hier her! Danke, dass wir so einen wunderschönen Urlaub abseits der touristischen StrĂ€nde verbringen durften!

Fantastic, quiet apartment with beautiful sea views

Our stay in Candelaria's apartment was brilliant. The space was clean and nicely arranged, with a great utility space and wonderful, large outdoor terrace. In a very quiet apartment building. With panoramic views of the sea and beach, as well as looking down on the busy yet quiet and peaceful promenade below. Gran Tarajal has been great for snorkeling as well as being away from the tourist hotspots. A very down to earth town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The perfect location for visiting the whole island - one hour from the north of the island and 40 minutes from the south, it ticked every box for us. We will definitely be back to stay in this apartment if we can!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt in der obersten Etage mit tollem Meerblick und bietet von der großen Dachterasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand von Gran Tarajal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Neben Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es einen GeschirrspĂŒler. Entsprechende Tabs haben wir kostenfrei erhalten. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir uns ĂŒber Cola, Wasser und Bier im KĂŒhlschrank gefreut. Die Dachterasse verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine elektrische Markise und eine Außendusche, gerade an heißen Tagen eine echte Wohltat. Das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Im Erdgeschoss des GebĂ€udes befindet sich eine sehr zu empfehlende Pizzeria und direkt daneben ein sehr gutes indisches Restaurant. Gran Tarajal ist kein touristischer Ort, was aber ĂŒberhaupt kein Nachteil ist. Ganz im Gegenteil: Hier kann man ganz ins spanische Leben eintauchen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat ganz problemlos geklappt, sehr nette Leute! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, die Tage waren viel zu schnell vorbei. Danke fĂŒr alles, wir kommen wieder!

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgte auf Englisch (alternativ Spanisch) via Whattsapp. Sie war super freundlich und reagierte sehr schnell. ParkplĂ€tze sind in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Am besten hat es immer auf halber Strecke Richtung Hafen geklappt. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. KĂŒhlschrank mit 3 TiefkĂŒhfĂ€chern, Ofen mit Cerankochfeld, Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer, Schneidebretter, Geschirr, Besteck, GlĂ€ser, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Microwelle und sogar einer SpĂŒlmaschine. Das Wifi ist richtig gut. Speedtests haben 330 Mbit/s angezeigt 😃đŸ’Ș Das Bett ist bequem, hat eine feste Matratze und wir haben suuuper geschlafen. FĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt von 12 NĂ€chten waren fĂŒr 2 Personen 4 HandtĂŒcher, 2 HĂ€ndehandtĂŒcher fĂŒr die BĂ€der sowie 2 StrandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Das Warmwasser reicht fĂŒr 2 Personen gut aus, wenn man nicht exzessiv duscht. Herausragend ist die Terrasse. Auf Ihr gibt es 2 Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen und einen Tisch mit 2 StĂŒhlen. Dank Markiese kann man hier den ganzen Tag verbringen, wenn man will. Man hat das Meer, den Strand und die kleine Promenade super im Blick. Der vergleichsqeise kleine Sandstrand besteht aus dunklem Sand und ist super sauber. Fazit: Wir haben noch nie so nah am Strand eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung gehabt, wo alles so gut geklappt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank ❀

Fabulous Apartment in a great Location!

We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment. When we arrived it had been cleaned to a high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The terrace is large with plenty of room for the 2 comfy loungers and a table with two chairs. It also has an electric awning and a handy shower to cool you off when the sun is beating down. The apartment is situated right on the beach front in the heart of this small Spanish resort. There are 2 large supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and several restaurants and bars very close by. Joaquin and Candelaria are very easy to communicate with and we were met by Joaquin who showed us around the apartment and explained how to work things. We can highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.

Perfekte Wohnung direkt am Stadtstrand

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Aufzug, SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, SatellitenempfĂ€nger) und liegt direkt am großen Stadtstrand von Gran Tarajal, der nie ĂŒberlaufen war. Zu der Wohnung gehört zwar kein Parkplatz, aber in der NĂ€he habe ich immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Gran Tarajal ist noch nicht touristisch ĂŒberlaufen und hat z. B. keine großen Hotelbauten. Wer Ruhe sucht, in einer kleinen spanischen Stadt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation (auf Englisch) mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el apartamento es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones ideales, que estĂĄ directamente frente a la playa, con una terraza estupenda para comer o estar a gusto leyendo tomando el sol. Dispone de todo lo necesario para estar todo el tiempo que se quiera sin tener ninguna sensaciĂłn de que te falta algo.

So pleased with our choice

Just got back from a short break in Fuerteventura after making a last minute decision to find a little winter sun. After scanning through available accommodation for the week 8th - 15th November we decided to book this apartment in Gran Tarajal. Always a gamble when choosing somewhere to stay but how pleased we were with our choice. The apartment is large, well equipped and spotless. Everything needed for a great stay is to hand. The kitchen is of a great standard with quality appliances and we made great use of the hob, oven and fridge freezer cooking breakfast and dinner on most days. For me it is the small touches that make all the difference and show that the owners have gone the extra mile to make their property stand out... a complimentary bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, lovely cheese in the fridge, a new fresh dishcloth and scourer in the sink area. No need to pop out and buy the essentials at a local supermarket as soon as you arrive. (but rest assured it is so easy to stock up on food and drink at the two main supermarkets, EuroSpa and Hyperlink, both are literally 4 minutes walk away and are a joy to wander round). The location of the apartment couldn't be bettered, with a panoramic view across the bay / beach from the stunning balcony ; perfect for watching the world go by whilst enjoying a cold beer. The balcony enjoys the sun from early morning til late afternoon AND if you get too hot there is a fabulous remote controlled electric sun blind. In the utility area off the balcony we found a useful shopping trolley (so useful for trundling back from the supermarket with all our provisions) and folding beach chairs & sun parasols which we admit we took to the beach with us on several occasions). We had a hire car for the week and explored many of the towns north and south of Gran Tarajal and we quickly realised how glad we were with our choice of location. Gran Tarajal is a proper, authentic town with a great feel about it. Many other towns are purely there for tourists with no character or ambience and far less choice of quality bars, restaurants and shops. Interestingly the prices in the two main supermarkets in Gran Tarajal are substantially lower for general holiday provisions like, beer, soft drinks, eggs, bread, cerals etc than in the tourist supermarkets in places like Costa Calma. We came up with wine at around €2 a bottle, cans of beer for 23 cents. In conclusion I would strongly recommend this property.
