Nightmare

They booked me into wrong condo The right condo was below par. The front door was hard to open. The blankets were a disaster. The bathroom had no soap bars or any place to put soap or shampoo in shower. You had to leave those items on the floor. THE TV NEVER WORKED. THEY REFUSED A REBATE when I had to get a room for 3 nights because of the wrong booking. Cost $150. The agent would not give me owners contact info. I suspected she was the owner but pretending to be just an agent. On and on
