The Space:

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, and beautiful Mexican Talavera plates. A dining table for four is perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dedicated work desk. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.



The bedroom, located on the upper level, features a cozy king-size bed and a spacious closet. The entire apartment is designed with an open-concept layout, facing the private terrace surrounded by lush jungle, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The terrace includes a sitting area, ideal for enjoying meals, reading a book, or simply relaxing while taking in the beautiful jungle views.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment, including the private terrace, is exclusively yours to enjoy. Guests have also access to the community pool, the rooftop terrace with pool and amazing panoramic views and common areas within the condominium.

Tulum offers a wide variety of beach experiences, from laid-back spots with no minimum consumption to well-known beach clubs that require a minimum spend in food and drinks. There are also several public beach access points where you can enjoy the ocean freely.

The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the newest residential area in Tulum and the closest to the beach. Región 15 is still under development but Av Kukulcan connects easily the town with the beach stripe. Just a few minutes away, Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood offers the best mixture of wellness, cafes, and international flare. Sip a drink at one of the many sidewalk cafes, choose from a variety of international restaurants, and browse the many shops and boutiques. On Calle 7 you will find everything you need at your fingertips. Easy beach access via the newly opened Avenida Kukulcan. Please note the neighborhood is still developing and not all roads are paved.



Getting Around:

While staying in this neighborhood of Tulum, we highly recommend renting a bike, scooter or a car for a convenient experience. Tulum is a bike-friendly town with bike paths and bike racks on main avenues, making it an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. If you plan to discover the town and visit the nearby cenotes, a bike or scooter will be your best companion.



However, if you're looking to explore destinations beyond Tulum, like Akumal, Valladolid, Bacalar, or other more distant cenotes, renting a car is the most practical option. It gives you the freedom to travel at your own pace and visit these incredible places comfortably.
