The space
Be calmed by the sound of the flowing water of our pool's waterfall, enjoy the amazing natural light thanks to the double height facade and views of the fringed foliage of Tulum’s lush jungle. Merge into the beautiful Italian marble heated pool and feel connected with an open architecture that offers an in and out experience. Relax in our private zen garden and enjoy the amazing sunsets and jungle views from the room terrace.

*Bedrooms*
Carefully designed for perfect restfull nights. Sak features 5 spacious full bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows. Each one of them has a private full bathroom with rain shower, hot water and hairdryer. All of them are air-conditioned with black-out curtains, a full size smar Tv, safe box and USB outlets next to bed.

- Room #1, : its on the ground floor and has 1 king-size bed with a private marble bathroom with a glass-enclosed rain shower. Also it has a private access to a zen garden.
- Room #2: On the ground floor, it has 2 queen size beds with a private marble bathroom and a glass-enclosed rain shower. Also it has access to a private zen garden.
- Room #3: On the second floor, it has 1 king size bed, a full private bathroom and access to a terrace balcony with jungle views.
- Room #4: On the second floor, it has 2 queen size bed, a full private bathroom and access to a terrace balcony with jungle views.
- Room #5: On the third floor, it has 1 queen size bed, a full private bathroom.

*Indoor common areas*
Our kitchen is fully equipped from tableware, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee machine, microwave and water dispenser. It connects with a dinning and living room through a huge open indoor space, bringing people together.

Our living room is also fully equipped with a SMART TV with satellite TV and a Bose sound system, so you can relax with all the comforts inside our villa while enjoying the superb view and connection to the garden and pool. In a space so open and full of light, reconnection takes a new meaning.

*Outdoor common areas*
Since the best experiences are the ones shared, our main goal was to create a fully open space that allows people to connect without sacrificing comfort and privacy.
Our villa has a spacious private garden that merges with a dazzling Italian marble heated pool with a waterfall. It is also equipped with a full-scale BBQ station and bar next to the pool, outdoor furniture, puffs and a half bathroom.

We are fully equipped for the perfect getaway and conveniently just an easy bike stroll away from just about everywhere! Be inspired by the eclectic Tulum town and experience the folklore of this land. Explore all the hidden gems and nature wonders the Mayan jungle has to offer and begin a journey of reconnection while learning new ways of experiencing and exploring

Our staff will have access to the property to ensure cleaning and maintenance during your stay.

* We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons.
Other things to note
*Check-in: 4:00 PM
*Check out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our team needs the complete period of time to ensure that our property would be in great conditions.

*Daily cleaning will be between 12:00pm - 3:00pm
*Pool maintenance will be between 9:00am - 12:00pm
*Towels are changed for free every 3 days. Let us know if you want us to change them more often, we can do that for an extra charge*

** Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by The Strabon team….**

**It is strictly PROHIBITED:
-to hold parties,
-Exceed the number of people on the original reservation
-smoking throughout the property.

**We are a Smoke free Villa, so If you light up or vape inside the villa, or if traces of cigarettes are found, we will charge you $250 USD smoking fee.

**In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitoes is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent.

** Internet disclaimer: We have the best internet provider in Tulum, however,internet in Tulum is not as good as in the big cities. We are always available and ready to contact the internet provider if it's not working correctly but we can't be responsible for it.

**Electricity disclaimer: Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though is rare, it had happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service go down but we cannot make ourselves responsible for it.
